Polite, respectful, and knowledgeable employees. Quick response and great work. questionable billing tactics. Was my experience on this trial. The last trial was questionable billing tactics and work ethic of technician. I personally will not use this company again

I could not disagree more with the previous reviewer! I had scheduled an appointment with BG Plumbing and it was firmly fixed for 05/04. I was informed that Mr. Steed would arrive early, leaving his home at 8am and that he would call me when he was on the way.
No call was made and when, at 9:10am, I called to find out if he was, indeed, on the way, I was informed that he hadn't ever scheduled a time/date with me and that he had merely told me that he would ""let me know when someone was in the area""! This is totally false and so I canceled his ever coming and have found another plumber(local) who will hopefully be honest and professional.

B G plumbing is great!! I had a main sewer line backed up and called them to help. Not only did they get to me the same day they were on time and very very affordable even worked with me to pay them a few days later. The plumber that came out was very sociable, polite, and knowledgeable. I would definitely call them again and would recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing need!!!
