Late on a Sunday even, we discovered our kitchen faucet was leaking and dripping into the cabinet beneath. We shut down the water to the sink and we're prepared to wait until later in the week to have a functioning kitchen sink. After all, it was Sunday, followed by a holiday, which meant surely no one would be able to help us until later in the week, right?

Absolutely wrong! I sent a message via the Yelp app to BG Plumbing late, LATE Sunday night and had a response from the owner, Tsanko, early Monday morning. After describing the problem to him, and receiving valuable recommendations as to how to proceed with fixing the problem, he promised to be over at noon. He arrived promptly and ready to get started. He provided excellent feedback to us as he completed the repair and didn't mind at all discussing future upgrades, be they real or hypothetical; Installing a tankless hot water system or the possibility of running a beer tap to an unused hole on the kitchen sink! (The latter just might happen if we can get the Mrs. on board)

The job was finished quickly, cleanly, and without error. BG Plumbing will be my company of choice for years to come! Thank you for an honest quote and quality work!

This guy is super nice and did an awesome job. The only reason why I took a star off is because after installing our water softener he didn't start it properly. So we ended up having to do it ourselves. Not a huge deal for us but I can imagine people can have problems with this or just not even realize to begin with there was a problem. I would recommend him overall though.

I have used BG Plumbing twice for my rental and my residence. Tsanko is easy to schedule and responds quickly. Doesn't mind if you communicate through text and you don't have to call a dispatch center, you speak directly with the owner!! He explains everything in detail so you can make an educated decision. When he diagnosed my leaky shower he never even charged me for his time just billed me for second visit which involved the labor. If you want an honest professional call him!

Tsanko is an awesome guy who cared about getting the job done right. He had a couple opportunities to upsell additional services/costs but gave us advice on more affordable options to meet our needs. Tsanko was also very good about explaining fixes and what to look out for. The price seemed reasonable for all the projects I had him do, but then again it is not like I routinely have plumbing work done, so what do I know.

There is a REASON Tsanko has all 5-star reviews. He's just THAT GREAT! Water heater went out. He came out VERY soon after being called. Fixed it the next day and at a very reasonable price. Can't say enough great things about customer service and professionalism!

Well, we picked him for having the absolutely highest, almost unreally high Yelp rating - and guess what? - he really was that good. Hence my own 5-star review is here!

So, what was great: communication (phone, email, SMS), scheduling, details provided on projects, options given to us, willing to go the extra mile, etc. And yes, we felt that the prices were reasonable. We used him for 2 projects so far (sort of 2.5) and everything was great or better.

What was not so good? Seriously, I cannot think of anything. Hence a proper 5 star review!

Update.....Had Tsanko out again to look at shower that stopped working. He was able to guide me in purchasing parts and came out to fix the problem. When I purchased a part that did not fit properly to cover the holes in the wall, I trusted him to go out to purchase and install a comparable part. He did and I am very happy. It was my style and works great!!

I always feel like plumbers try to get you to do more or get more then what you actually need.
But Tsanko from BG Plumbing is a very honest and friendly guy. He took the time to show me things and to give me tips on what to look for in the future. I highly recommend BG Plumbing for your plumbing needs - you will be glad that you used them.

It was a very long overdue review. One day morning, I found out there was water leak from my water heater. It was an old water heater. So, I decided to replace it. I quickly looked for plumber on yelp and found Tsanko.
Long story short, Tsanko quickly came over to install new water heater in the same morning. I remembered him as a friendly nice person. It has been a long time Tsanko. (Maybe 5 years... lol)

Now, I was doing research on yelp about installing water filtration system and maybe water softener. I forgot about him. I'm going to call him first.
