This was my 3rd time to ask for BG Plumbing's help. It was an emergency kitchen sink clog, which I tried my best to fix myself beforehand. I was going out of town and needed help and had message them late at night, and surprisingly someone replied right away that they will get back to me the next day. I got a call, first thing in the morning and Baldo came in the afternoon and had fixed the issue. I really appreciated how he explained the issue to me, and how he prepped the area with rags, etc so my kitchen wouldn't get dirty. He even cleaned the nasty things all over under the sink. Very professional and friendly and would call them again for help.

We selected BG Plumbing for a re-pipe job after receiving other bids as well: they were the top shelf solution at the same price we were given by others unwilling to do permits. Kevin led the crew and is a quiet pro, his team knows what they're doing, and they did the job on time, on budget, and without extras. We lost some time with final permit sign-off but we suspect anyone would have had the same issue when renovating. We would definitely work with these guys again (and have recommended already to family).

He provided a great price and was able to snake through the cleanout to unclog the line.

Baldemoro took care of removing/disposing the old toilet and installing the new one. And he did it in the perfect way possible. Baldemoro has great attention to detail and ensured the new toilet was sealed to the ground using glue and also ensure the correct screws were used for attaching the bidet to the toilet. I will definitely reach out to Baldemoro if I need any more plumbing work that needs to be done.
