I used BG Plumbing for my latest 2 projects. One was for the removal and replacement of 2 build in the wall shower faucet cartridges and one to fix an external outdoor pipe like. They did an absolutely outstanding job, very careful and very meticulous work. Could not be happier. They are now my go to plumbing service. I wish I contacted them earlier in the year for 2 other jobs where I used 2 other plumbing services. I HIGHLY recommend them. They are also very prompt and respond to inquiries quickly

What a great service from B.G. Plumbing! They were very quick in scheduling the consultation appointment and to respond our questions and concerns. In fact, we had the toilet and flush issue in the late evening and in 10 minutes I got their response. We scheduled the inspection appointment for the very next morning. They came right on time and competently described all the details of the problem and what needs to be done in an honest manner (BTW, I did my research the night before, so I kind of knew what the problem was). They also suggested some peripheral fixes that might cause issues in near future. The provided estimate was reasonable and they fixed all the problems the same day in few hours. They also showed me the condition of the replaced components that they suggested during the inspection. I'm glad I agreed to get those things done as the old parts were literally at the verge of falling apart. Special thanks to Bryan, who took care of everything so perfectly. I won't hesitate to call them in future for any of our plumbing issues.

My water heater (close to 25yrs old) started leaking from the bottom so it needed to be replaced immediately. B G Plumbing was able to come out to inspect it within 3 hours and did a thorough job of determining what needed to be done. Their quote came in on the high side of the same ballpark as everyone else (talking about 5-10% higher than the lowest), however their quote included all the work needed to get everything up to code. The other quotes made their estimates without getting the full picture (i.e., only BG realized that the ""drain pipe"" didn't actually go outside and that they would need to install a new one). That plus the other quotes played loose with ""up to code"" and their bad reviews percentage made me go with BG.

I'm glad I did. One guy came out the next day at the specified time, noon, and started the prep work. The owner came out a little while later, and then they started removing and cleaning out the space. They installed new shutoff values, new lines, new grounding, new straps, new drainpan, and of course a new water heater (same spec as original, just the latest model). They were able to put a new drainpipe so any future leaks should just drain outside (instead of flooding the carpet). Best of all, I had hot water later that night.

The original water heater had an unusable shutoff so it required shutting off water to the entire house to stop the leak. Having no water at all is one step up from having no hot water, so I was very happy that BG was able to fix it in under 30hrs from when I first noticed the problem. Highly recommend.

We worked with Baldomero and Bryan on the recommendation of a neighbour. We had issues when moving a washing machine, and they took our call (on a Sunday) and came out quickly.
They also identified an issue with our water pressure and fitted a PRV. When the new valve proved to be faulty, they came out to troubleshoot the issue under warranty and solved it for us. They are nice guys and easy to work with.

Was referred to Baldomero by a friend who's a contractor. We had had major sewage backup into our master bathroom and one company took a look underneath in the crawl space and said there was a pipe with insufficient slope causing buildup and blockage. That company snaked the pipe and unclogged it so things were working again but gave us a very expensive quote for the recommended work of replacing large sections of piping with the correct slope. Baldomero came and concurred with the scope of proposed work but his price was much fairer. They were able to get the whole job done in one day, with no interruption to our routine, and even took a look at a separate minor plumbing issue when they finished without asking for any additional reimbursement.
Overall was very impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy. Would hire again for any plumbing needs.

Fast, easy and well priced!
Had an issue with a faucet and sent a note Sunday night. Got a response within 10 mins with an appt time early the next morning to look at the issue and provide a quote. Baldo was able to fix the issue on the spot in less than 30 mins.

I would certainly call these guys again for work in the future, and already mentioned possible additional work that I have been putting off given how pleasant it was interacting with them.

Had a sink back up on me and I tried everything on my own. My own snake which most likely wasn't long enough to reach the clogged pipe. They came exactly at the time they said they would right in the morning and fixed the problem and made sure everything was ok before they left! If you're looking for a plumber, look no further! We reached out to Baldomero after closing on our first home and he was quick to come out and give us estimates for a leak under our shower. With his affordable prices and trusting experience, we hired him. Low and behold during the repairs, he noticed our toilet was leaking too. After taking a look, we approved and he fixed it without any hesitation. It's hard to find good, hard working businesses that look out for their customers but BG Plumbing is an exception. We have used Baldo for years before he went out on his own and he is amazing and literally the best plumber!!! He has done everything for us from install ridiculously $$$$ Toto Neorests in our house to water heaters to dealing with emergency clogs to fixing showers our contractor installed improperly to clogs in dishwashers and dish disposals. Not only is he always on time and really nice, but the biggest thing is that he is incredibly knowledgeable. I just had him here again yesterday because we have a weird sewage smell in one of our bathrooms and I called his old place of work and they sent someone but I needed a second opinion from Baldo because he is the one we really trust.
