Our garbage disposal was not working in the morning. We messaged BG Plumbing on Yelp, and got a reply soon, with available time slot in the afternoon.

They came in the afternoon to give us a free estimate, but found that the problem can be fixed by a reset. They waited for me to come home in the front of my house (my parents were at home when they came). They told me what was the issue and gave me suggestions on what to do next time. Then they left without charging me anything.

I had a mysterious problem for a while. In front yard I measured 80psi (which is quite high) however in the house the water was very small - even more so when multiple faucets were open. I literally had to wait my wash machine finish before taking a shower!

Oscar patiently diagnosed the problem for me and walked me through why the pressure regulator was most likely the villain. Unlike another plumber who came by and offered to replace the regulator but gave no guarantee it would fix the problem, I felt much more comfortable after Oscar explained to me the problem and causes. He did a great job replacing both the regulator and my decade-old valve as well. He didn't leave until we tested water pressure and everything returned back to normal. My wife and I are both very happy with the services Oscar provided and would recommend him to anyone in similar trouble!

Baldomero is great!
Our family moved into a house a while ago, and the inspection before the move-in revealed there is a leak in the toilet which lead to wet flooring. We got it fixed by a random plumber our realtor introduced to us, or we thought we got it fixed. However, it started to leak again only a couple of months after we moved in. Baldomero came and inspected the problem thoroughly. He got it fixed, and it's been several months, and still no problem at all. He gets the job done!
