Oscar recently installed an earthquake gas line auto shutoff valve for me. He did a good job. After finishing the work, he also patiently showed me how to reset the valve and relight the pilot for the water heater in case of a shutoff. I recommend BG Plumbing!

Consumer BEWARE! We found this company through Yelp. We had a leak from the a celling in the garage in a home occupied by our tenants. Kevin came out to diagnose. In their communication they said the estimate is free. Kevin stated that it would be $285 to check each pipe and find and diagnose a problem. I agreed, even though it was pricer than other companies but I appreciated their prompt response.

After of about an hour he called bank saying where the leak is coming from, but it stopped. He said to wait 5 days and see if the leak came back. They left a giant hole in the roof of the garage in the meantime and also didn't communicate that to me. It was the tenants who sent me the pictures.

In the morning the NEXT day the tenant sent me a video of the leak. I called them right away and had them come out and lo and behold it was a fridge. In my initial call with Kevin I specially told him to check it, which he assured me he did.

Afterward the supervisor called me to tell me that it would cost extra to fix the ceiling they opened up in the garage. I agreed but after his texts I was floored. The whole that THEY MADE and also didn't communicate would cost extra go fix world be $385. So altogether it's $650!?! Do you guys understand that. For less than two hours of work.

I work as CFO in multi family property management and their poor communication, value and level of service is simply unacceptable. Please see attached how they left the garage ceiling. I got a quote from a 5 star plumber and repair man here on Yelp to fix if for $180. DO NOT GIVE THESE DISHONEST people your money. I urge you there are much better companies that will do a better job.
