The work took about three hours, as they added some changes to bring the water heater system up to the latest codes. They hauled away the old water heater. Overall, I'm happy with the work performed.

Loved that Baldomero and Brian showed up wearing a mask; safety being #1 concern right now. They were prompt with scheduling and efficient to fix two problems, one with the washer leaking water (underneath and in the wall) and a kitchen sink faucet replacement which was spouting water all over and leaking pipes underneath which was all replaced with new. Very conscientious and friendly, explaining everything up front with a quotation. Highly recommend and they were referred to me. Great job and will continue to utilize their services for any further issues in my home.

BG plumbers are excellent people, way too professional, I wanted to install a sink for my preschool, with hot and cold water, he did a incredible job at a very reasonable price, before he got in for the job, I asked him to add another pipe connection in my side-yard, he did it and the price was very cheap. I walked out to my garage to find the floor covered in water and noticed
that it was coming from the pipe that stands beside the water heater. Luckily a neighbor was able to shut off the water until I could get a plumber out.
A friend of mine recommended BG Handy Services. I called him and he and his son were able to come out on the same day within a short time. He diagnosed the problem and replaced a part and had to use additional copper pipe to solder it with the existing pipe. He was very competent, professional and I thought reasonable as he charged me $200 for the visit. It could have been a lot worse so I was very grateful.
I highly recommend Mr. Baldomero and his son for any plumbing needs you may have.

Imagine this: you walk into your bathroom at 8pm on a Thursday and there is an awful smell coming from the shower, you take a look, and, you guessed it, there is poo-water filling the base of the shower. Then, if that wasn't bad enough, you go to your garage and the washing machine drain has overflowed ... who do you call? You call BG Handy Services because they will help you out of the sh***y situation even late at night!

These guys are great: came to my house at 9:30 at night, gave me a great price, diagnosed the issue and got the pipes cleared pretty quickly (probably within about 30 minutes?). They are also respectful of people's homes by wearing foot coverings inside and also wore masks since we are still in COVID times.

I'm absolutely calling these guys again for any plumbing issue I have.

Tragedy strikes; you have a clog and it's bad...like sh*t in the shower bad! You're immediately on Yelp to find a plumber but there is that lingering sensation in the back of your mind; you know the one ""How do I avoid getting ripped off, do I even know what the hell is going on?""

The above scenario just played out at my home. I used Yelp to secure a number of quotes (super easy and effective). Here's how it played out: 4 responses with two visits to my home for quotes and two not so interested.

BG Handy Services reached out to me in less than 30 minutes asking for details and when it would be convenient for me to have them out. Baldomero and his son Brian came to my home and spent the better part of an hour testing and troubleshooting the issue. The entire time they kept me in the loop as to what they found. They explained the situation and how they would deal with it. They left me with a dollar amount quote and asked me to contact them when I was ready to move forward.

The second company spent no time troubleshooting, explaining or basically caring about how this situation was effecting my family and produced a considerably higher quote.

Obviously we called back BG Handy Service to fix our clog. They were quick to set up a convenient time, arrived right on schedule, resolved our issue and came in right on the quoted amount. Baldomero and Brian are good people who immediately instill a sense of honesty. I can't recommend them enough.
