Do not use this plumber! Office staff person called 1 hour before he was to be at my house to install a water heater and cancelled because he had another job to finish. Was unapologetic that a family member took time off work to meet him there. She offered the next day but could not guarantee that he would be able to confirm. She instructed me to call that evening to confirm. I called at 5pm and they did not answer either phone. The plumber no showed this morning! Horrible business people!

I have to give them a one because zero isn't an option. My realtor hire this company to fix two things at my late father's house so the estate could sell the house. He only fixed one of the items said he couldn't fix the faucet because he didn't have one ??? that's what we hired you to do, there's a Lowe's less than a mile away go buy one you moron and also said he wouldn't be able to come back and finish the work either. So now I have extra cost involved with hiring somebody else. And we had to delay the closing of the sale of the house because the items weren't repaired. And to top it off I find the jug you used to piss in left behind in the basement you disgusting slob.

Pipe burst, draining the hot water heater and of course it was Sunday afternoon. So Monday morning at 7 am I called Smitty at BFS and he worked me into his schedule by mid afternoon. In less that an hour he repaired the pipe, a faucet and checked the dishwasher, all for his $85 minimum charge. Very happy with the great service.

Forget about this place because they will forget about you...

I had an appointment scheduled with this company on 1/22/2016 for a relatively small job. The driver of the van pulled into my neighbor's driveway, sat there for 10 minutes without even getting out of the van, then left. After calling them, I was told that he ""must have gotten a call to shut someone's water off."" I waited another 45 minutes until calling back. I was told that he wasn't coming back because he was booked through the rest of the day.

Apparently, BFS Plumbing doesn't value appointments and thinks it is OK to pick and choose which customer is more important than another. Why he didn't even get out of the van is one thing, but I didn't even get a call from the plumber saying that he had to leave. Nor was there in inquiry about which house was mine. He just left - with no notice - and didn't come back.

The lady I spoke with on the phone was less interested in getting him back to my house and more interested in defending the plumber and his other appointments that he had. She voiced, ""There is obviously nothing we can do to satisfy you."" My reply to which was simply, ""Getting a plumber out here would satisfy me greatly."" She told me he couldn't because he had other appointments and they were ""on the other side of town.""

As a customer, I would expect that my appointment should be just as important as any other. BFS Plumbing did not honor my appointment or even give me the professional courtesy of a phone call. For this reason, I would not recommend giving this company business.

I ca11 the office to set up an appointment for an estimate. At that time I told Brent that the home was a foreclosure and we were working with a 203 loan. Yes, Brent went out and did the estimate at the cost of $210 dollars. (As a customer we paid) The financial organization requested additional information. Again, we call Brent again. Yes, he went out at the cost of $289 dollars. (Again, we paid) Now that the financial institution requested that his company sign a contract stating they would do the work they refuse.

BFS is not a reliable organization and is only out to take advantage or individuals.

The financial institution is not requesting they purchase or provide the work before they receive a down payment.
I think they only want to shaft individuals.
