What a great guy Brian is. I was in a bind and he came to the rescue on the same day I called. He was very knowledgeable, fixed the plumbing issues and charged fairly. I highly recommend Brian and will be calling BF in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

What an awesome contractor for heating. Brian was prompt respectful and neat. A few years ago I bought attached house new construction
I expected a fresh start. Before long my dreams were dashed and my search began for a good plumbing contractor to solve my issues began.
The house needed not an over haul but some much needed professional TLC

This alone I was amazed.

I have to be honest a few things were a bit expensive. But all in all I cannot say

Brian was awesome!!!! We live in the Riverdale area. We were waiting for rotorooter since 7:30 am in the morning. They were supposed to come from 10-2 pm but were predicting to be late. We were in a tiff because we were already supposed to be out on our way for our winter break vacation going away for a week. I called BF Mechanical at 1:10 pm and Brian came right away. I cancelled my appt with rotorooter. He quickly cleared the stubborn tub clog we had been been struggling to clear for months. He was done by 2:30. AMAZING service!!!! RESPONSIVE and QUICK. Highly recommend!!!!!

Had a leak in the kitchen during the early portion of the stay-at-home period. Brian responded within an hour of my request for a quote and was here by the next morning. Diagnosed & advised installation of a new sink (which was completed with a mask and gloves on).

Fast forward a few days and we're leaking again. Brian comes back within 2 days and diagnoses that it is an unrelated, and not minor, problem. Repair completed for a reduced rate.

We hired Brian to replace a water heater. Our situation was peculiar because the old water heater had been discontinued and it fit exactly into a tight space. Brian did an incredible job finding a replacement and getting it installed quickly. His price quote was totally fair and he was a straight shooter. Brian is an outstanding plumber. We were having issues with our kitchen sink. He promptly responded to all of my messages. He also came over to provide a free consultation before I ordered any work. We ended up getting our sink repaired and also had a water filter installed. Brian took care of everything in a few hours - very quick and efficient. He is responsive to all messages and is very proactive. He also did not attempt to up-sell us. We had no complaints - highly recommended.
