Tony and his team were very professional and did an amazing job to replace our sewer lateral from the edge of our property to the city sewer (we're in Oakland). I had found a permit from the prior home owner that showed that Tony's team had done the sewer lateral from the house to the edge of the property back in 2008. I'm so glad that I found this and worked with them to continue the great work that they had done. They also matched the other estimate I had gotten from another company.

It was very clear to me that Tony was an expert and knew what he was taking about when he assessed the situation and provided the estimate. Unlike Streamline Plumbing, which used scare tactics with me, Tony made me feel at ease with what he was proposing. Overall, I look forward to working with him on any future plumbing needs that we have!

When calling to schedule a camera inspection, I should have seen their website that they offer FREE inspections. Since I didn't, I was charged. Ok well...when they guy that came to do it, not the guy I made the appt with, he asked me what the guy on the phone said he was going to charge me. Really? ok..hmm...no communication? An I'm starting to feel jipped. The guy investigated the problem, called his manager, and gave me 2 quotes based on different options. I said I would think about it...while I got another quote elsewhere. When I called back to get some information, the mgr said oh yea I was just talking to the tech that went to see you about this, aren't you on X street? I said no that's not me. He said, oh ok...how much did he tell you he was going to charge you? Again...really? I don't like the feeling that they are pricing work on the fly, based on what? City? Fondness of the customer? I ended up getting the work done by another business. Seems like Beyond Plumbing may be good, but my experience didn't go so well.

These guys were excellent. Their quote came in 1/3 less than the other company we got off Angie's list. At first we were skeptical because it seemed so low. Then, when they did the job I guess they discovered the work was more complicated than they anticipated BUT they did not charge me the extra $1,500 it would have cost me to complete the job. $1,500 was still less than the 1/3 I mentioned earlier, too, so either way they were a good deal.

They did the job faster than we expected. Only small complaint was that on the first day workers left some empty bottles and a bit of a mess in the driveway. I mentioned it to them and they took care of it the next day.

Tony was very professional to work with. Since I was not local, we did all of our business via phone and he made it very easy. I was on a tight deadline to get a sewer lateral done and he took care of it quickly, without issues and exceeded my expectations. When I list another Oakland home, there is NO DOUBT I will be calling Tony and his team.
PS. My client had to clear some final items out of the home and there was staff still there. They were friendly and offered to help her put them in her car. She called me overjoyed!

This company was referred to us for sewer line evaluation and possible replacement. Matt Driscoll came late with apologies, put a video camera into the sewer line and said it needed replacing. I paid him $75 cash for his time, which he still hasn't given me a receipt for, and he gave me a high bid for the work, with the wrong legal entities responsible in the quote. Two other quotes were Finally, after repeated calls, emails and texts he revised the quote to at least have the correct companies references.

I got a call from these guys months after my original call. They apologized and said they didn't know why they hadn't called me back. I told them I already had the work done. The guy was nice and apologized and then followed up with a text. So a few months later when it was time to do my lateral sewer, I called to ask for a quote. I also explained I have some other stuff do be done. They came over but then never followed up with a quote. Really don't understand how folks like this stay in business.

We had a completely blocked sewer lateral a few weeks back. We contacted 2 sewer companies. One came first and pulled a big number out of their hats. Tony came second but did his homework. Gave us a free video inspection. They knew exactly what was going on and how to fix it. They gave us a price ($3000 cheaper then the other guy) and stuck by it. They did a great job, fast and with minimal mess. They put all new trench-less pipes and we are good for many years.
Thanks to Tony, Matt and not least the crew who do a difficult, unpleasant job with humor. Much credit to them.

Had a large project to replace my lateral. Took a little longer than the estimated time given; however Matt Driscoll stayed with it and bought it to a positive closure.
The crews handled their business and were cordial
