Ricky H.The repair was carried out in a timely manner. The techs cleaned up after the job was done. When I went to the cupboard to return the items to their place I noticed the box they had installed had a wire showing. I called, and even though it was on Friday afternoon, after work hours the owner responded immediately. He came to my home on Sunday morning to tidy up the wires and make sure there was nothing out of place in the installation. I have used this company before and will continue to do so due to the stellar customer service.
Ricky H.Adrianne, who answered my call was helpful and efficient. She gave me an appointment saying the electrician would arrive between 8 and 10 am He was punctual, polite and a delight to work with. He answered my questions, helped improvise and brainstorm the solution to a problem that arose and was amenable to all suggestions. He cleaned up after himself when he was done and made sure everything was back in place and in working order before he left. Ask for Danny if you call these guys. He was fabulous. I would be happy to call them again for any other work in my home.
