Had an issue this Christmas Eve and he himself came down to address the problem. Fast response, was able to text 90% of my request and need without a phone call. I had put off this repair for two years. He diagnosed the problem quickly, identifying a solution and determine my plumbing was outdated be repaired it himself replacing O rings and stuff. Within 6 hours it was fixed and my shower stopped leaking. Highly recommend.

After our initial root intrusion repair in 2022, once again, during our 2023 Annual Septic inspection, GDPUD tech advised we had additional root intrusion present. Troy at Beyond Cool came out within 48 hrs. after we contacted him seeking resolution on the issue and was able to get the issue corrected from the interior of the tank.

He submitted photos of the work and GDPUD has since signed off on the repair work and we are back in good standing.
