After our initial root intrusion repair in 2022, once again, during our 2023 Annual Septic inspection, GDPUD tech advised we had additional root intrusion present. Troy at Beyond Cool came out within 48 hrs. after we contacted him seeking resolution on the issue and was able to get the issue corrected from the interior of the tank.

He submitted photos of the work and GDPUD has since signed off on the repair work and we are back in good standing.

Troy and his team performed a camera scope and found a huge root blocking plumbing creating recurring blockages. His team completed the repair same day and documented with photos. Also provides lifetime warranty on all work. Great team to work with!

Once Troy saw my poor review, he brought a concrete contractor in immediately, and they made our stone walkway down to the pool look great again. As far as the rest of my issues, I believe it boiled down to poor communications between Troy and myself. Unfortunately, I was on the road on that day.

Troy is the best! We got home last night from vacation and woke up this morning to no water. Troy returned my call so quickly and we quickly realized through some quick phone troubleshooting that we have a problem with electricity to our well pump. We moved on to call the next contractor and things are getting fixed. However, what impressed me was Troy called us in the evening to make sure we were getting our issue resolved. Not many people have that level of follow-up. Troy will be the plumber we call for any future work!

If I could give 0 stars I would. First trip to my house to fix a leaking valve they sent an apprentice that took all day and almost burned down my house. I tried again for another issue, thinking that was an anomaly. Second trip to fix a leak, which I had located and dug up to expose the leak. They told me the bill was $750 that was a flat rate for underground leaks. When I said that was a ridiculous price I dug up the leak, they immediately dropped the price to $550. For a 6"" piece of PVC and 4 couplings/90's. I didn't want to argue and paid the $550 for 1 hour of work. Safe to say I wont be calling them back for the other plumbing projects I have been planning.

We were recommended to use this company HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST IT!!!!! There was a leak that was under the sink i pointed out to the plumber who showed up with 2 wrenches, he was here for a total of no more than 10min for a whopping $285 bill, mind you is no big deal if the problem was fixed. SUPRISE the leak kept going after 10 min of him being gone. I then called back to the phone number listed and explained that the problem was not fixed and was asked for a picture with my finger pointing to the problem, and no one ever came back. I called again the following day and had another man come out who did not want to look at the leak and insisted that it was a leak in the faucet part and that needed to be replaced, after going back and forth with him he FINALLY looked and said oh there is another problem said he tightened it and left.... SUPRISE AGAIN its STILL LEAKING!!!!!!

Too many times I have been let down with plumbers until I tried Beyond Cool! And they are just that.....Beyond Cool! The owner was very responsive and came by to inspect how the work was going and how it was done. I've never had customer service like that. I'm very happy I'll never have to try another plumbing service again!

We had Beyond Cool Plumbing come out twice last month. Two separate issues, and both times were good experiences. We got service right away. They showed up on time. They were professional, and prepared to deal with the water heater and leaking toilet. They were also super nice.
