If I could give 0 stars I would. First trip to my house to fix a leaking valve they sent an apprentice that took all day and almost burned down my house. I tried again for another issue, thinking that was an anomaly. Second trip to fix a leak, which I had located and dug up to expose the leak. They told me the bill was $750 that was a flat rate for underground leaks. When I said that was a ridiculous price I dug up the leak, they immediately dropped the price to $550. For a 6"" piece of PVC and 4 couplings/90's. I didn't want to argue and paid the $550 for 1 hour of work. Safe to say I wont be calling them back for the other plumbing projects I have been planning.

We were recommended to use this company HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST IT!!!!! There was a leak that was under the sink i pointed out to the plumber who showed up with 2 wrenches, he was here for a total of no more than 10min for a whopping $285 bill, mind you is no big deal if the problem was fixed. SUPRISE the leak kept going after 10 min of him being gone. I then called back to the phone number listed and explained that the problem was not fixed and was asked for a picture with my finger pointing to the problem, and no one ever came back. I called again the following day and had another man come out who did not want to look at the leak and insisted that it was a leak in the faucet part and that needed to be replaced, after going back and forth with him he FINALLY looked and said oh there is another problem said he tightened it and left.... SUPRISE AGAIN its STILL LEAKING!!!!!!

Too many times I have been let down with plumbers until I tried Beyond Cool! And they are just that.....Beyond Cool! The owner was very responsive and came by to inspect how the work was going and how it was done. I've never had customer service like that. I'm very happy I'll never have to try another plumbing service again!

We had Beyond Cool Plumbing come out twice last month. Two separate issues, and both times were good experiences. We got service right away. They showed up on time. They were professional, and prepared to deal with the water heater and leaking toilet. They were also super nice.

Recently I had an issue with my water heater. I'm pretty mechanically inclined so I tried troubleshooting it on my own to no avail. After a couple days without hot water I called Beyond cool plumbing. It was just before 4pm when I called and my water heater was back putting out hot water by 4:30. Highly recommended!

Troy and Walt came out and did a repair on an emergency issue within the same day. They had good communication, and did the job quickly and effectively.

We had an issue with our shower faucet plumbing leaking into the wall. Two young men knocked on my door the day after I left a message about the issue. They were kind and professional and very efficient. They resolved the problem within a half hour. I will definitely be calling them again if I have any plumbing needs!! Thank you BCP!

My wife and I just bought a house and found a leak in our kitchen ceiling a week in. Troy and his team got a guy out to look into it the next day. Initially, it looked like we would have to cut through some of the sub floor, but the team he sent on day two were extra thorough in their assessment. They checked all the upstairs faucets one by one until they identified the source (ended up being the shower). Then, they went the extra mile to advise us on how to approach a contractor to discuss re-grouting and potentially replacing the existing tile. We'll definitely be calling Beyond Cool for all our future plumbing situations!

Unfortunately in todays world we actually have to give a star for sloppy work done. We hired this company for a couple of our rental units in Auburn and low and behold we have shit all over. Don't use this business or you may be swimming in shit too.
