I made an appointment for service. I then received a call back with a voicemail left which I could not understand as it was very soft. I returned the call and then was told there is a diagnostic fee which was never relayed at the initial appointment setting. So the company wants to charge for an estimate and then pay for a diagnostic fee. I can save the money and time as to what the diagnosis is. I want a faucet replaced. It does not take a diagnostic test to confirm that I want a faucet replaced. How insane!

We just moved into a hew house and had Beyer Plumbing replace both the water heater and water softner. They were able to quickly schedule the work. I received notifications prior to the technician's arrival so we were totally prepared for the work to begin. He showed up as scheduled, was extraordinairily professional, courtous and friendly. He was very conciensious and gave us heads up before he had to cut off water so we were perpared for that as well. He installed superior equipment with fantastic technology that includes water sensing safeguards, ability to manage the equipment remotely and with reporting capabilities to view usage and trends. He also took the time to make sure I understood how to use it. I was very pleased with the quality of work and the quality of equipment. We will definitly go to Beyer Plumbing again.

WAY over priced for a job that took about 5 minutes. Tech was rude and made me feel quite uncomfortable. Extremely unprofessional. Will never use them again.

Six days ago prior to thanksgiving I scheduled a plumber for today Tuesday to arrive between 10 AM and 1 PM. a little before 1 I received a call he was a little late but would be here shortly. About a half hour later I called a was told he was delayed but another plumber would be sent. Nothing happened. Called again and was told he was finishing lunch. Eats well because an hour later no plumber. After several more conversations talked to a lady who was not pleasant but finally got someone here after 3 some 2 hours late. Unreliable and unpleasant to use. Not up to their adds.

I just want to say that I would recommend Beyer Plumbing to anyone. They are outstanding!!! I submitted a quote request on Wed evening, and the afterhours called me with in 10 mins, I explained my situation. They scheduled an appointment for Saturday, which was Great.
Then Friday, Katherine called me and confirmed my situation and she said that her guys were done with their job and if it was ok to come by and I responded with of course. So, Matthew and Jason came by and told me exactly what I needed, and I went to Home Depot got what was needed. Saturday, Matthew, and Jason showed up installed my new water heater.
Katherine, Matthew, and Jason are very professional, kind, and compassionate. They take the time to listen to the customer and their needs. All 3 of them made this stressful situation much easier to deal with, as they knew how I felt. The other thing that I like is the send text messages with pictures of the people who will be coming to your house, so you know and also text/call when they are on the way!
I will be using this company again just because of Matthew, Jason, and Katherine, because they know how to treat customers! That is why I rated them 5 stars.... :-)

Beyer Boys gave an estimate of $12,000 to replumb the whole house with Pex piping and we were told it would take 4-5 days to complete the job. which we agreed to.   About a week before they were scheduled for the job, we were informed the plumber who had done work for us previously that we had requested , had just quit so they assigned someone else who said he could do the job in one day.  I was surprised that a job that had been quoted and contracted for 4-5 days could now be completed in one and was understandably concerned about the quality of the work.  I was told the new plumber assigned and his partner were much more efficient and would do a quality job.  Knowing that there are always material and labor costs with any/every job, I was expecting to hear that since it went from a 4-5 day job to 1 day job, it would cost less due to less labor but we were told that the price would remain the same.  They said there would be about $6000 in materials and other expenses, so I pointed out to Rich, the manager, that the labor time was going to be 1/4 -1/5 of the initial estimate since it was going  from 4-5 days to 1 day.  Rich acknowledged the labor charges for a plumber were $150 an hour and reluctantly agreed to lower the overall cost to $9000.

Richard Lopez, the plumber and his partner are truly master plumbers and did the job in one day and could not have done a better job.  When the job was completed though, Rich, the manager, informed us that there was more to the job then he thought so the price was now $10,500.   I reminded him that the labor had gone from 4-5 days to 1 but he was not willing to budge and said I should be happy that I was getting a discount from the original quote of $12,000.
One of the Facebook reviews stated "This company is all about money and spam people." and I could not agree more.  As mentioned, Richard Lopez  the plumber who did the actual work, was the epitome of a professional, but  the company itself is the poster child for unethical business practices.

They are obsurd, they charge a $100 fee to come out for a estimate! How can they have a clue of the scope of work. What a rip-off

As the second plumbers indicated we would,we got a call from a drywall/painting company the week after the botched first visit. They were out quickly and fixed the unnecessary hole in our ceiling. At Beyers expense. Good call.
