Actually, 5 stars isn't enough. Needed a plumber 3 times is 4 years.... amazingly prompt, responsive, and issue resolved. One very cold winter Sunday afternoon, squirrel ate through a water line in the garage.... he was out in an hour or so. Most recently, a house full of out of town family & more on the way & a toilet needed a new wax ring.... taken care of right away.

We've had Beverly Plumbing out twice now for various issues and each time they were amazing! The plumber was kind, considerate and very knowledgeable. They are on time and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this business!

Don't bother. Quoted over $3,500 for a 50 Gallon water heater replacement. I own apartments and have replaced a dozen, so I know what they cost. This would have been a complete rip off. I guess they figure if you own a home on the islands, they can rip you off. Got it done by another plumber for $1,300. I guess some people don't know better than to be ripped off $2,000. They weren't going to come out for 5 days. Got it done same day for a third the price. Total fail.

We have had problems over the years finding a good plumber that doesn't make me question their work or their charges. Then we found Beverly. They truly are a great company that stands behind their work 100%. They really are very quick to respond and solve any problems you might have. We had just bought a home and had some work that needed to be done under the kitchen sink. While he was there, he even took a quick peek at the other sinks to make sure there were no visible issues.

Simple job for most competent plumbers you'd think; just fix a leaking and wobbly toilet. No availability for three days, ok that's fine, but then arrived 80 minutes after agreed appointment time; no acknowledgement that he was late and had inconvenienced us, let alone an apology. But being all smiley and chatty. Eventually, claimed to have fixed work, BUT told us not use toilet for a further five hours for some bizarre reason, also put loads of sealant around a gap around the floor base of the toilet. In the meantime he also broke a downpipe in the bathroom sink and flooded the bathroom cupboard underneath (doing who knows what as it was not part of the contract) again no acknowledgement of wrongdoing or apology; had to replace downpipe, and made some effort to clean up water mess. Told us all was good now. We paid him almost $260 for less than an hour's 'work'! After five hours we tried toilet; it was obviously NOT fixed as it rocked all over the place, worse than before, and the famous sealant was still all tacky and broken. Next day made three calls to plumber company to get a response, couldn't be pinned down to a time when he might drop by to fix his 'fix' and after waiting three hours he eventually arrived without warning just as we were going out. Brought attitude with him on the second visit and made excuses about toilet being original plumbers fixing. Eventually left again claiming all was good (again). The toilet was now set at almost 10 degree slant off to one side (so not properly fixed and certainly not comfortable to sit on even for a call of nature). He also left dirty hand marks on the bathroom paintwork, and wet dirty marks all over the bathroom floor as apparently he couldn't be bothered to clean up this time! Stopped check to get their attention. Surprise, surprise, plumber turned up at door within ten minutes! Told him, politely but firmly, what I thought of his service and that toilet was still unusable. Also told him that in all fairness and honesty we would have to put up a truthful review to warn others. No hint of an apology or attempt to make amends for his shoddy work either by fixing it properly or reducing his bill. Claimed it was all the original plumber's fault from when house was built.; notably, no mention of this on his previous two visits when he assured us that the job was done and the toilet fixed and good for use. His best answer was to try and charge us a further $35 for the stopped check in addition to his full bill for work that had still not been done properly. His parting words were a sarcastic 'Merry Christmas'. So we're out of pocket for nothing and will have to contract another plumber to sort this out. Need we say more?
