I called Beutler for service for my heater. Chase came out on Sunday and said he would have to order a part on Monday. Monday has come and gone and I have never heard back from them regarding the part. I called another company they came out fixed my system and cleaned it and added once it is cleaned it should be running much better. And they went to the parts store and got the part and fixed it the same day and had my heater up and running the same day. I would not use this company again nor will I recommend it. Now let's see how long it takes them to refund me the $300 yearly maintence fee. I called and was told 24 to 48 hours. I will call tommorrow. Maybe I should file a complaint with the BBB.

Ruth T.$17,000 for a worthless AC unit 7 years ago, and we are still going without air conditioning on the hottest days of the year! We chose Beutler because of their satisfaction guaranteed. Well we are not satisfied in the least. Every summer from the first year we purchased this expensive unit, we have had 4 to 8 technicians called to our home. Our thermostat has been replaced twice, the motor three times, our electrical board caught fire, and each time we were assured our AC was fixed to find it was not. While the unit is made by RHEEM, we purchased the unit from Beutler, whose General manager told us we would have to pay for a new unit unless RHEEM decides to offer one to replace our piece of crap. He acted like we were lucky Beutler had sent out their technicians so many times, sometimes for free. I reminded him we would not have needed his technicians had our unit worked as guaranteed! Mind you, we have had to endure Temps of 86 to 98 inside our home waiting for technical support, and parts for days to weeks, endured Covid with no AC, and had guests for parties suffer through our non working AC unit. We were told the general manager would get back to us about REEM's response, but it has been over a week with no call, email or response. We have waited 6 weeks for a part, that they say they do not have any idea as to what part! Do NOT waste your money, time or energy purchasing from BEUTLER. Over 28 visits in 7 years, and we are supposed to believe our AC is finally working, but it breaks down in 96 plus Temps, and it is October now! ?
Be aware of fake promises & scams they made when they want you to struck with fake deals im.the victim of that i was promise to receive $1500 gift card after the installation of system.as an part of deal made by one of there representatives
RANDY. WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED, now he even don't responds back after making manny attempts of calling to him.its a really bad experience we had. Please be aware of these fake deals that make it just to get business . But their actual intentions are not fulfilling them .
SCAM SCAM SCAM! Don't let Beutler STEAL your money like they did to us. They came out, told us we needed a part for hundreds of dollars, and then our system worked for barely a week. We called out another company, they said we actually didn't need that part and just needed to have the system cleaned and maintained because it overheated.
We've been trying to get our money back from Beutler for months now, but the service manager Jeff has denied our request MULTIPLE TIMES. We have a BBB filing out for them right now as well. Don't use Beutler. They will find every way possible to make a buck off of you.
9/25/2023. Technician Roy arrived at 1130 and went right to work.
After a few hours of troubleshooting he found that the TSD Valve for
heat in the outside Lennox 4 ton unit is not functioning properly and so no heat. He will order/replace TSD Heat valve ASAP and recheck system.
NOTE: reminded him about getting Honeywell Color LED smart WiFi thermostat that I have requested numerous times. Good job overall.

We tried to pay our bill for over a week online or by phone because the house is in escrow. We need to prove the bill was paid.
Now we can't even get a receipt after paying. Same thing again and again , call after call with no results. Dozens of phone calls.
This company has the poorest customer service I have ever seen! 3 of us calling for over a week? Are you kidding me? Why is it this hard to pay a bill and get a receipt?
I called Beutler to check my A/C cause it stopped working. I had 2 techs come the same day. They did some sort of diagnostics and said that I needed a new capacitor. They luckily had one, so they changed it but A/C still didn't work. Immediately they claimed that my system was low on refrigerant, but they could not do anything with that because it had to be another ""team"". They promised that someone would call me the next morning to get another ""team"" to fix the issue. Well nobody ever called... At that point, I started to doubt this company's professionalism and decided to get a second opinion. Three more companies came to look at my HVAC system and all of them said that the cause of the problem is the compressor, which works only for a few minutes and then shuts down. The level of the refrigerant was okay and there were no leaks. All 3 companies took time to show me, how the compressor starts and then shuts down. They also showed me the pressure of the refrigerant, which indicated no leaks. At that point, I called Beutler to look for a refund for the unnecessary change of the capacitor. They apologized and asked to give them another chance to send a senior technician to look at the system. I agreed to that. Alex was the technician who came for the second diagnostic. He ""diagnosed"" everything wrong, but the compressor. He also claimed there was a hole in a filter which is a leak. That was certainly a wrong claim because if it was the hole the system would not have pressure, but it did. He wanted to replace a lot of other things with a total cost of $11,5000 but suggested it would be better to change the whole unit. I already knew that with a broken compressor and my unit being old changing the whole unit would be my best course of action, so I gave them an opportunity to price a new system for me. They promised that they would deduct the cost of unnecessary capacitor replacement from the total or refund it if I chose another company for the HVAC replacement. Beutler's price was much higher than other companies offered. I've chosen to go with the other 5-star rated company that offers great deals. After my HVAC was changed I contacted Beutler to get my refund for the change of capacitor that was not necessary. I specified to them that the charge for the diagnostics (which was incorrect both times) could stay. I called them 3 times and every time was promised that management or accounting would call me back. Nobody ever did. On the fourth time, I asked to be transferred to management as the last opportunity for them to fix this problem before I post a review.
They connected me to Greg, the manager of the branch. Greg promised to talk to accounting, call me, and issue me a refund the next day. Certainly next day no call and no refund. When I called him again he claimed that the only option would be if I send him reports from the other companies for their diagnostics results and then he will review them and possibly refund me. I refused to do that because Beutler claims that they refund 100% of the charges to unsatisfied customers. This message plays while the phone hold. And there he brushed me off again by ""Send me email"" bs. He was rude and absolutely not helpful.
This is a long description just to show that this company was given multiple changes to do it right but failed every one of them. Stay away from businesses like them, it will save you money and prevent the headaches.
Chris L.We caught Beutler intentionally trying to scam us out of hundreds of dollars. We had them come out because our AC was broken. After some ""diagnosis"" that cost us $109, they said our compressor needed to be fixed which would have been an additional $500 or so. We couldn't pay right away, so we decided to call up another HVAC company that was recommended to us.
This new company came out, told us Beutler is full of sh*t and had our system up and running in 3 minutes. He told us that the breaker gave out because our system hadn't been cleaned and maintained for a while; hence, it overheated. He went ahead and cleaned our system and our AC has been running great ever since.
All that to say, Beutler WILL try to scam you out of as much money as they possibly can. Don't trust this company with anything. Go use Essential Heating and Air from Stockton instead. Great guys.
Purchased a A/C unit service from Home Depot. Beutler was sent to preform the service. After purchase of the plan Beutler was out the following day. After the tech was finished.He told me that everything with the unit was perfect and didn't need any repair. The following afternoon the thermostat began changing the set temp to 85 degrees. It's currently 95 degrees outside. I contacted Beutler to come out and fix this problem. They said that the soonest they would be able to come out would be three days. I explained to need for immediate attention and the dispatch said they would have the service manager call me. I had to call Beutler two more times that day and was told the same thing. ""Service manager will call"". They never called. The big problem in all this is I'm epileptic and some seizures can be triggered due to heat. Here it is two days later and four seizures since the problem started. I still have yet to be contacted. My date for service is in two days. The temp is projected to stay in the high 90's. DO NOT FALL FOR HOME DEPOTS SERVICE! DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY NEAR YOUR HOUSE! They obviously don't care for more than the minimal service and no follow up on THEIR mistakes. I should have never trusted Home Depot or this company they sent.
