I don't normally post but I felt this one was important. This is the best group ever! We've had ongoing AC issues (partially because of another company) since May and they have done an amazing job. From having to find parts (difficult to do during Covid) to helping us with a warranty company, and being super responsive when we call/text. I'm sure they cringe when they realize it's us calling, but they've done a terrific job! We highly recommend them! They also did some plumbing work and it was great too!

Complete waste of time and money. Their company technician literally did nothing with an under performing heating unit. When asked to do a check of the heating unit efficiency the technician declined. He didn't even know how to read our thermostat. The technician was quick to ask for the $100 home warranty deductible in less than 3 minutes though upon appearing, then left on his way. I don't think it is possible to burn money faster. We were very fortunate our home warranty company sent out another HVAC/heating specialist that completely isolated and repaired our issue. Don't use Better Service for any problem you may have. Anyone who hires, trains and supports a novice individual like that with their companies name should not be in business. There are better companies with outstanding business models, intelligence, experience and customer satisfaction ratings out there.

This place has no customer service skills at all! Heaven forbid that your heating and air go out and you want it fixed. Be prepared to wait a long time to get a phone call back, then be ready to drive around looking for the warrantied parts yourself! Seriously what a joke of a company name - should be ""worst service ever, inc.""
