Unknown to me my sump pump wasn't working and my crawl was completely flooded. When we discovered the problem I called Phil on Christmas Eve some years ago. He came out on Christmas Day and stopped the flooding. The next day he came back, finished draining the crawl and installed a new sump pump. He was reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. He did such a good job I have never or will ever call anyone else. Does big jobs and small. I don't know anyone better!

My son-in-law had a plumbing disaster at 4 p.m. on a Saturday. One company wanted $545 just to come out. Phil from Better Rooter came out for free, diagnosed the problem which would have taken awhile to fix and he had another call. He fixed it so they could make it to Monday. When he had a family emergency and couldn't come, he arraigned for another plumber to come and fix the problem. We will certainly call him with any other plumbing needs we have.

Better Rooter - Excellent, friendly, and experienced service. This fellow has cleaned drains all over Valpo for years and knew all about the problems on my particular street. He explained what had happened in my case (roots), where it happened in the line, and informed me of options to reduce future problems. His work is guaranteed but I'm sure he fixed the problem. It was very nice to be working with a long-time Valpo person.
