This guys are amazing! I'm business owner my self and I know how to recognize a good business. I had at list 5 other companies that came to give me a bid. They didn't try to sell me anything I don't need. They gave me the best price and gave me small discount so I can stay on budget. They could do it in the next week, didn't had to wait month like all other companies. They did all permits for me. It's been 6 months now and no problems at all. Come on time and finish one day earlier. What else can you ask? Highly recommended. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere.

Unlike many other companies, they use the camera to inspect the line for free to give you a much more accurate estimate. They were professional and did an amazing job. They found a bigger issue midway through and found an alternative plan which did not raise the cost. I certainly recommend these guys.

Better Rooter did a great job replacing my sewer lateral. I was a bit concerned they didn't service in my area but they gladly came out to San Ramon and got the job done within 2 days! I call them to repair 3 toilets 1 toilet only need it to be tightened so he did a good job with that. The other 2 toilets he told me needed a tool and he ""d me a price once he started the repair work he lets us know that the toilet will work if we get another part. My husband told him to go to home depot and get the part this need it he did that and now I have 2 out of 3 told us that actually work the 3rd toilet is having the same problems had except it's worse now. I don't want to call them back because it seemed like he wasn't too happy when he was asked to go and get the part that he needed to repair the toilet.

My general contractor recommended Better Rooter when I needed a new sewer lateral during a home remodle in Alameda. Better Rooter was prompt and responsive to my request for an estimate, and they completed the the job on time (in one day), and on budget. They left the property looking as if nothing ever happened. They were very prompt and responsive to a follow-up issue a few weeks later, which they promptly resolved completely. Couldn't ask for more.

I called Better Rooter on a Saturday morning and to my surprise Alex the owner called me right back. We were having back up water issues in our shower and washing machine and I needed help sooner than later. Alex had a client booked but told me that he would stop by to check everything. As promised Alex came a couple hours later and was able to determine what needed to be done. Long story short it was a bigger problem than expected & needed to be handled with a crew, but everthing was delt with and fixed within 48 hours. Alex is a very professional, polite, & prompt. Wow! Alex and Veronica were the most impressive team when I was searching for the right plumber to do our sewer lateral compliance project. They were very quick to reply and with a level of customer service and care, and even went out of their way in such a thoughtful manner when responding to some of our requests for the project bid.
