We had a pipe backup from our house going to the septic tank outside. This was on Friday. We called our septic company first, thinking it was a septic issue. They came immediately, and determined the septic tank may need to be pumped out; after doing that the problem was better, but not completely completely resolved, so they came back on Saturday. I had already called 2 plumbers in the morning, and the septic company said we definitely needed a plumber. Bilach called us back in the afternoon, and said he would come out on Sunday. We finally heard back from them after 3PM, and the woman told me that he couldn't ""do this kind of job"", then when I questioned her as to why a plumber couldn't unclog a pipe, she changed her story and said that they were too busy to get to us any time soon. We could have had this problem fixed before Sunday, and wasted precious time 2 days) waiting on this VERY UNPROFESSIONAL company! Not to mention that we couldn't shower, run the washer, dishwasher, or leave the water on too long!

Anyone that lives in the Milford, PA area knows full well trying to get a contractor to do work is like pulling teeth. I can't explain why. It is what it is.

I am currently looking for a plumber. This company was referred to me by my roofer. After going online and seeing all the positive reviews I decided to give them a call. I spoke with a nice woman and we were trying to see if they could send someone to my house on a Saturday. She stated that they were busy but would talk to their tech and see if it was possible. I never received a phone call back. I called again and left a message. No return phone call. Since I didn't get a call back I sent an email with all of my details and never got a reply! They must be so busy that they are not taking on new clients. I have no issue with this. My issue is being ignored. If you couldn't or didn't want to do the work just tell me this so can call another contractor.

Our propane fireplace needed work and Dan was amazing. He was responsive, was here when he said he'd be here, and got us up and running when we needed it most. Cost was completely reasonable
He's professional and did a fantastic job. I honestly can't say enough about his work and would recommend him without hesitation. We are greatly appreciative and plan in using him for additional work we need done soon.
