Me and my very pregnant wife are first time home owners and weeks into our new home, the sewage starting coming into the bathtub (definitely not good). We called pocket plumbing and after explaining to him what was happening and finding out our home is a older home he referred us to Better B. We think it was meant to be for that to happen because without Better B we would be in some deep sh*+, seriously. He is honest, hard working and dedicated! He gave us options, his prices are the best in town, he is quick, clean and then most positive and friendly person you will come across. His helper (Curt) was also amazing, had great customer service, they followed up and made sure everything was ok (did I mention this is when it was hitting 100-110 degrees out!!). You seriously should not even hesitate to give Better B a call if you need anything plumbing done. We can't thank you enough B!

Within an hour of calling Brandon on Easter, he was at our house clearing the main. He was profession and quick. He showed us what the problem was, explained why the main lines typically clog in our area, and how we could remedy it. We could not believe how lucky we were to have found him. I would definitely use him again.

UPDATE: Brandon also provided a warranty on the work done. We ended up having another clog in the main line last night. Brandon made it out the next morning and cleared the line at no cost and no hassle as it was still within the warranty period. The problem was exactly the same as he had described previously (this bridge device that was installed when the houses in the area were built that was designed to help plumbers snake one direction and then the other. This is were the clog was both times). Definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing expertise.

We needed a plumber on a Sunday afternoon right before the 4th of July holiday. We called a lot of plumbers. Most didn't answer the phone or couldn't come out until the next day. I called Better B but didn't leave a message. Even without leaving a message, he called me back and said they could come out in 35 minutes. Brandon arrived right away, figured out what the problem was, and took care of it. In fact he said if he couldn't clear out the pipe, he wouldn't charge us. The cost of the visit was incredibly reasonable considering it was a weekend. I would highly recommend Better B Plumbing.

I called Brandon at around 9am and he was at my house helping me with my drain issue by 10:30am. He was courteous, professional, and just an all around nice guy. He fixed the clog right away and offered advice on how to not have future drain problems. Highly recommend.

Emergency!!!! Active leak in the ceiling! Got on yelp to find a knight in shining armor. Started to go down the list, no one could even get out to my home for at least 3-5 days until I called Brandon at Better B. Even though he couldn't get out he at least was concerned enough to call one of his buddies...that has his own business as well!! Ty was out within 2 hours!!!! Professional, knowledgeable and a great guy! Climbed into the crawl space above the garage.... sifted through our junk up there and immediately found my problem! Who knew the water hose from the fridge could cause that much trouble in a short period of time lol. Did a quick and efficient repair job at an extremely reasonable price! Thank Ty!! Big shoutout to Slaton plumbing and Better B!!! I know who I will go to FIRST future plumbing problems!!!!

Better B literally saved our lives!!

We are first time home buyers and were startled when we returned home from work one evening to find an immense amount of waste filling our guest bathroom toilet to the brim. We attempted to pump the toilet (in between fighting the nauseating smell) and after a few minutes we realized that this was not something we could fix. It was 7pm in the evening and there was no way we could let that filth sit all night so we hoped someone would take pity on us and come out for a night call. On top of that, we hoped this wasn't a major plumbing issue that would cost us a fortune considering we've lived here less than a month and haven't even paid our first mortgage yet.

The first company I called didn't even answer my call but sent me a text 30 minutes later telling me to call for an appointment tomorrow, the 2nd company told me they don't dispatch after 7pm because they stopped working by 8pm and my problem didn't sound like an easy fix, the 3rd company I called told me they worked by appointment only and had no appointments available until Friday.

After lighting every scented candle I could find, I decided to make one more call before accepting defeat and sleeping in a gas mask. B answered the phone immediately and after listening to my disgusting description of what the problem was, he told me he'd be here within the 30 minutes! B was extremely professional and made sure I understood what he intended to do as well as provided me with a very reasonable quote. Within 10 minutes, B had our guest bathroom back to smelling flower fresh! There was no mess and he even took some extra time to explain what could've caused the clog as well as provided tips on how to prevent it in the future. What plumber gives you tips on how to prevent clogs when their whole business is built off clearing clogs?? An awesome plumber, that's who. We were petrified of it being a major plumbing issue but thanks to B, our minds were quickly put at ease. I will absolutely be using B again for all my future plumbing needs.

Branden has been great at fixing everything from a broken disposal to a leaking water main. He is very efficient, explains everything and responds to calls/texts in a timely manner. I'm very happy to have found him. Takes the stress off of what can be VERY stressful. I totally recommend him to anyone that has plumbing issues.

Hopefully that got your attention. If you have plumbing issues, your need to call Better B. Let me tell you why:
Brandon is really knowledgeable. So much so, that he wants to share smogs wisdom, and will go out of his way to educate you on home plumbing maintenance so he doesn't have to come out and see you again.
Brandon doesn't dance around issues. He gives it to you straight, and is a perfectionist. I had him unclog a toilet and install a new one. He didn't like some of the original piping stuff, so he went to the store to go buy some other stuff. Typically, service people will make you go get it and they will come back when you have it...not Brandon. He could have easily left substandard stuff connected, and it would have been fine, but not PERFECT.
Brandon is a teacher. I said that already, however he brought an apprentice with him or the job. I loved seeing the interaction between the two.

Great guy, great service. Hopefully I don't see him again anytime soon, but if I do need need a plumber again, this is the guy I'm calling.
