Kevin was prompt, courteous, kind, efficient and professional. It's a Friday night and We had a disgusting sludge backup in our kitchen sink. Our landlord said they'd send someone in 5 days!!! With a 1 and 2 year old??? Yeah, no, we'll take care of it and you'll pay for it! And Kevin came to our rescue! The cost was very reasonable too. We highly recommend them to friends family and neighbors! Be sure to ask for Kevin the tall guy!

These guys are great they came to unclog the drains and pipes at my house when things started over flooding the backyard. So gross. I called them and they were at my house in a few hours. The roots from the trees in my backyard are detrimental to the pipes. They cleaned it out for $241 and charged me a $50 cleaning fee because I wasn't going to clean that mess myself. I'm so happy they took care of within a few hours of calling.

I just wanted to write a follow up review for the guys at Better B Plumbing and Drain. I had an issue a couple days ago installing a new gas dryer myself. The connections were not lining up and I was stumped. I called and while I am not sure who I spoke with, they were able to figure out the issue I was having and guide me through what I needed to do to complete the job. I even had to call back a second time to ask another question and the gentleman I spoke with was more than happy to help. The dryer is installed and working and it is all thanks to the help of Better B. You had already earned my loyalty in the past with fast and friendly service but the customer service provided the just reinforces it. You will not find more knowledgeable, friendlier, or more helpful folks anywhere. I cannot recommend Better B more!

Not sure who I spoke to at 8pm on a Saturday, but long story short I tried to replace my fill valve on my toilet and screwed up. Then the water line wouldn't stop leaking and I sent a video over iMessenger and got a call back letting me know exactly what to do to stop the leak. It worked.
He didn't want to charge me $250 for an emergency repair for something amateur that I was doing (you all know what I'm talking about, first time home buyer rookie mistakes).
Anyway, I got my leak to stop and will take a break and try again another day...if I can't get this issue fixed on my own, I know who to call (non-emergency wise). Thanks for your help!
