I normally don't leave reviews, but after this experience, I feel it's important to warn others. We've relied on this company for years, assuming they were professionals who stood by their work. Unfortunately, that assumption was wrong.
We hired them to fix our hot water heater. Instead of a smooth service call, their technician flooded our laundry room by making a mistake. While we did our best to clean up, water seeped under the flooring, causing obvious damage. When I reached out to the company, hoping they'd take accountability, I was met with excuses and blame-shifting.
Their response? Since I didn't specifically request a drainage pan years ago when **they** installed the water heater, the entire mess was somehow my fault. At no point during the installation did they mention that a pan was recommended or necessary. They are the professionals. Shouldn't they have informed us of this? How would I know to ask for something I wasn't even aware I needed? They also refused to acknowledge that their technician was the one who caused the flooding and damage, instead insisting that I should now pay them MORE to install a pan and attempt to go through insurance for the floor repair--fully washing their hands of the damage **they** caused.
To make matters worse, the man (Adam) I spoke to on the phone was **shockingly rude and completely lacking in empathy**. Rather than listening or offering any kind of understanding, he was dismissive, condescending, and outright hateful in his tone. He made it clear that taking responsibility was never even an option for them, and his attitude showed a complete disregard for customer service or basic decency. A business that treats its customers like an inconvenience rather than a priority is one that doesn't deserve their trust or their money.
This is not how a responsible business operates. A reputable company owns its mistakes and takes care of its customers. Sadly, this company does neither. If you value quality work, honesty, and professionalism, **take your business elsewhere.**
