Having a Pressure Water Tank leaking in my furnance room and having to turn off my water I knew I needed to get a plumber out that same day as I can't go for long since I have goats and ponies to supply water too. I called Bethel Plumber seeing that he had good reviews and that these days it is hard to get someone who is genuine and reliable. Scott was all of that and told me he would be out the same day and kept to his word. He kept me up to date on when he would arrive and put down covers to cover my carpet even though he covered his shoes with plastic. Apart from a hole on the outside of the tank that was leaking water, the bladder had also burst in the tank. Scott was so efficient and professional also very friendly. If you ever need a plumber, Scott is the best person to contact to get a good job done.

Teresa L.Bethel Plumbing and Scott are my heroes for being able to come out the same day.
Earlier that day, Centennial Utility came out at 2:00pm to change the battery on the water meter. I was told it was a free repair. While the technicians changed it out, they discovered that the main valve before the water meter was original to the house from 1942; water was leaking and I needed to get a plumber. As a result, Centennial Utility shut off the water to the house and despite my plea, Centennial Utility cannot turn on the water without the valve being fixed due to liability issues. As I mentioned, it was late in the afternoon. I called several plumbers to come out, but everyone said, ""we can squeeze you in tomorrow."" (I cannot go without water - I need it for cooking, drinking, and hygiene care.)
When I Googled for a list of plumbers near my area, Bethel Plumbing came up as a new business that is about a year old with over thirty 5-star-reviews. I called, explained my situation, the woman took down my information and said she would pass my information to the plumber. Within less than 5 minutes, Scott, the plumber, called me and said he could be at my house in 45 minutes.
He arrived at my house as he stated on the phone. I was impressed before I could ask if he had shoe covers, he pulled one out. Overall, he was nice and professional. He assessed the problem, gave me a quote for $579. It is a little high from what Centennial Utility said it might cost to replace the main valve, but for last-minute situation, I paid it to have running water. Unfortunately, he did have the piece needed on-hand so he drove in traffic, possibly after hours to get the part. He came back and completed the task and then showed my husband and I his work. He used the key provided by Centennial Utility to verify his work and we finally have water again. Overall, friendly, professional, and skillful. I would definitely recommend Bethel Plumbing.
