Rudy at the Bestway Plumbing was very prompt and quickly came over to take a look at our leak near the water main, and he was able to fix it. My family is so thankful to have the water again. His fee was very reasonable and he was able to replace only the necessary part to minimize the cost to us. I would very heartily recommend Bestway Plumbling.

Rudy has been telling us he will come for 5 weeks but never calls back or answers the text which he requested giving him all of our part nos. We called him which is how we even got that far and he answered the phone only once. We have to move on but very frustrated wasting so much of our time waiting.

Rudy Rocks! Always there in an emergency. Honest, efficient and an all around great guy. He has kept my 1958 bathroom and 1983 kitchen (and basement bathroom) running like new. He never over charges. He saved us when our toilet backed up and flooded our basement.

Bestway did the job for half the price that the condo plumbers were going to charger her, and did a fantastic job.
