We used Raed last year to help us figure our radiant heat that's been a problem since we built the house ten years ago. (We've had 3 or 4 different companies try to no avail.) He kept the system going as long as he could until it needed to be replaced by the right kind of system. He really knows his stuff. He explained why it wasn't working well and what needed to be different for the system to work properly. It's been well over a year and the heat works really well. We highly recommend Raed for problems!!

Raed is articulate, intelligent and a great plumber. So far he has taken care of downstairs kitchen plumbing, sink replacement and under the house leaks. He caught leaks in our drip system and checked our sewer line by camera to ensure no problems there. He suggested pressure balancing to stop wasted water waiting for the water to warm (enhanced by button control versus timer so as not to waste gas in the process). The guest bathroom and the shower in the other bathroom show no signs of having been opened for new parts inside and the new fixtures are great.
Raed sets a high standard for professional integrity.
