We just replaced our 19 year old water heater. Danial came on time to understand what's needed and then got a new one from Home Depot. We later made another appointment with him to fix our faucet and toilet (we had other plumber to fix them and it seemed more problems were created). Daniel is very professional.

If you ever need a Plumber call Daniel Min.
Last night we suddenly realized there was no hot water and the water heater was leaking. Called Mr Min. Came immediately and said we would need to change it. He then went home and recommended the heater we should buy because of the electrical connections and housing and one that was in stock in the nearest Home Depot. I did. He picked it up and showed up at 9:30 this morning. No helpers because of covid. Did the installation himself and everything is perfect. A really fantastic plumber and a really nice person.

Super patient on us since we have so many questions / wonders.
Clean up everything after job complete.
Also, teach me how to ignore heater and share knowledge about those hardware on heater.

No wonder Daniel got such great reviews. The pipe under my kitchen sink is broken and I called Daniel to take a look. He stopped by same day late in the afternoon and fixed it within an hour after went to Home Depot to buy some parts for the repair. He charges very reasonable and really glad to find him.

Saw some water damage in my walls and feared the worst. Called maybe 6 highly rated and licensed plumbers. Daniel was the only one to answer. He knew his schedule right away and estimated he could come in a few hours. I asked him to call before he came. One other plumber called me back and said they could come out, but within the hour they called back and cancelled. Good plumbers are a hot commodity I guess!

Daniel kept his word and called me before his estimated time. He arrived promptly and started assessing my problem. He was very thorough and inspected several potential causes of my leak. He told me he would not charge for the inspection only for the work. He even made a few minor repairs for me along the way. I felt like he went way above and beyond what I asked of him.

When he discovered the source of my leak he went through the potential issues and told me he would do the easiest repairs first and check if it solved the problem. Well, he was right, a small fix and my leak was fixed! He cleaned up everything and even ran out to replace something cosmetic at my request since he was making a repair anyway. When all was said and done I was extremely relieved and grateful. He was focused, detail oriented and very transparent every step of the way. His price was better than we expected and more than fair.

Mr. Min is the best plumber ever!!! My old Delta 600 series shower faucet with 3 small tubes were leaking. All the plumbers I have contacted before Mr. Min said to replace the whole system making a big hole on other end of the shower. As I called Mr. Min, he said he would discussed the options with me after he examed the issue. After careful inspection Mr. Min said he would try to repair it, as I really wanted to make the job as simple as possible. Then, he just nailed it!!! Thank you Mr. Min... you are the best!!!
