What a waste of time and rude!

My mom made an appointment with them and about 20 minutes before they are supposed to show up they call and say they can't make it that day. So they rescheduled to the day after and my mom agreed.

Come the day after and it's 20 minutes or so past the time they are supposed to show up so my mom calls them for status and they give her some BS excuse and before she was finished they hung up on her.

Mom calls me and tells me about it and I look them up on Yelp and I can't say I'm that surprised about the low rating.

So yeah, they wasted 2 days of our time and have the audacity to be rude and hang up on us. If you value your time and any kind of decent customer service, call somewhere else.

I wish i can give them negative zero review. Guys, guys , Before calling a plumbing company do your research first. This company is the worst just like what other reviews says. The guy came out charging me $800 and later on he said theres alot more more to do and hiked up the price to $4800 he said and he needs to repipe the whole thing . I GOT a second opinion from another plumbing company and said it doesnt need the whole repipping thing. Do not believe this company they will rip you off. They are just trying to get money from you. Always do your research !

This company is the worst. My mom has a contract with them for the terrible job they did and they aren't honoring her contract and are trying to charge her extra for what is supposed to be covered in the contract. David yelled at my mom on the phone and is very unprofessional. If I could give negative stars I would.

What horrible customer service. We called to inquire about drain repair and when asked if we could get someone out after the hours of 5 pm we were told that they don't do FREE estimates after hours. When we asked how much they would charge to come out after hours the guy replied that he didn't do estimates ""after hours"" PERIOD. My husband explained that we work 9-5 but he's available on Fridays and the person he was on the phone with hung up on him!! I wish yelp would allow for 0 stars.

Very, very poor customer service. I was promised a quote by Monday, after receiving an inspection last week. I called yesterday to determine the status......
.was promised a call back from the plumber who did the inspection, however still no follow-up.

As such, no stars.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. The guy on the phone does everything that he can to talk you out of your business. After spending over $10,000 with them last year alone I will never use their services again. Additionally, if they do a big job for you you will be left with the cleanup. Not worth the hassle. Choose a professional company.

LOUSY. This is an addition to my original complaint. On April 7, 2018, a drunk plasterer was sent to my home to finish the work the plumbers did. I sent him away and called the project manager to complain. I also spoke with someone in the office and complained and then asked to speak with the owner. Well, said ""owner"" called me...on May 16, 2018. Over one month later. He started ranting to me about ""someone had a heart attack..."". I have no idea what he is talking about. He also told me that if I read the contract then I would know that they have 30 days to finish the project. OK. That is good to know; however, the project manager assured me that this SMALL job (as the owner called it) would only take 2 - 3 days. No one likes to be inconvenienced. And no one likes to be bullied by some ""owner"" who obviously is having some business troubles if you read all the negative posts.
As far as calling back the same company for more work, yes I did...because this leaking we are finding now happened AFTER the plumbing company finished here. I am not sure where the leak is coming from, and need the original plumbers to detect that. So the Bestline plumber mentioned that HE thinks it is unrelated to the work HE did. I hope so. But Mr. Leonard sir, I never called for a toilet problem.
I am sorry that I didn't read the reviews before I hired this company. My bad.

I called this plumbing company yesterday 4/27/18 for some plumbing issue that I had and talk to this individual name mr. Jack . I am not a complainer, but this person needs alot to learn , he was extremely unprofessional and must say impolite . I had a $69 cupon that I mentioned it to him , he called me cheap and schedule me for next day 4/ 28/ 18 the time was between 12:00 and 3:00 pm. To make sure that I am on their schedule for the day , I called them at 12:45 to make sure.Unfortunately the same person ( Jack answered ) I politely ask him if someone is coming today , he said the cheap guy . I again in a polite manner give him a piece of my mind and canceled my call .TO THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS, I WOULD GET RID OF THIS PERSON IMMEDIATELY, HE IS BAD FOR YOUR BUSINESS , I AM A VERY CONCERN CITIZEN ( LONG BEACH RESIDENCE SINCE 1975 ) I NEVER USE BESTLINE PLUMBING EVER AGAIN AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO NOBODY.
