Called this plumbing company due to their flyer saying $69 to clean out any drain. When I called the receptionist said that the advertised price is for single family owner occupied homes only and for a duplex the price will be $99. I agreed to the $99 and we scheduled the appointment. Then on the day of the appointment this ride guy named Omar called me asking me the same questions the receptionist asked the day prior and then said oh the price will be $160. I said how are you going to change the price during the time of the appointment after your receptionist told me $99. He replied...oh she just answers the phone and doesn't know what to charge?? WTH? I said that this is very unprofessional to change the price at my appointment time and he hung up on me. NEVER, EVER EVER call this company for any plumbing issues.

This morning our garden hose water pipe stripped, so I called Bestline Plumbing. We've had their calendar magnet on our fridge back from 2011. I'm so glad I called them. They were out here quicker than we expected which worked out great when our water had to be shut off in the middle of doing laundry. Our plumbers were Omar and Ernie. Very nice guys. If we ever need service again, I hope we can request them.Thank you Bestline Plumbing for your great weekend service!!!

Horrible, horrible service. I set up an appointment and none of the plumbers could show up because, as I was told, they all got sick. So I set up a follow-up appointment and no one showed up, again. Later, I received a call in the middle of the week from a plumber who claimed he was at my home. Come to find out, the plumber was at someone else's home and got the wrong number. The plumber set up another appointment (sigh) but, again, no one showed up. When I called Bestline Plumbing to find out what happened, he told me they only due emergency plumbings on Saturdays. I told him I did have an appointment. He rudely said I didn't tell him that and to call the plumber responsible for my area. As he was giving me the phone number, he was fading in and out and got EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful when I politely asked to repeat the number. The disrespect was so bad I told him I no longer wanted his business and he rudely told me to call someone else! This place has a complete and total lack of professionalism and customer service. I strongly recommend to not do business with this establishment.

WARNING- they gave a false estimate to my 80yr old neighbor for 13k. Said house pipes were about to burst. She was hard pressed to sign contract for them to start work the next day and to give them all the money, IN CASH.. before they started work. Luckily before they started, another plumber was able to review the home. Not ONE THING was wrong with her pipes. This company preys on seniors. Side note:*** she has a small home: two bedrooms, one bathroom. Even if every pipe was to be replaced... it should have only been 6k.

Just had to leave this review after one phone call with the rude person am the other end of the phone, they have a habit of leaving high gloss slippery flyers on our porch that become slippery after sitting there for a while. My wife had stepped on one a slipped a bit off our steps and hurt herself not enough to go to the hospital but none the less she was sore for a day or two. I called the number on the flyer to bring attention to this and ask maybe they could hang them on the doorknob next time. I don't want to sue or what ever , just a heads up to the danger of leaving slippery things on people's stairs. The rude man that answered the phone called me a liar made a few off color comments and hung up on me. I could only imagine how they would treat you if there was a problem with their work or any other situation that would require customer service. In my opinion one souls avoid these jerks at all cost, there are plenty of company's out there that have a little class and not an angry drunk on the other end of the phone .... just listen to the long winded babbling message when you call the number ...

I called Bestline Plumbing (Marry A Plumber) and they came out an gave an estimate for the repairs. I explained that I needed to get approval from the responsible party and get back with them. I obtained the okay, called them back numerous times to no avail, call was not answered or returned which proves that it would have been a mistake either way. If something went wrong I think I would have been left hanging. Thanks for saving me money. I called a legit business and got a much better price.

Started a job, then never showed back up to finish it. They took some parts from my furnace and said they needed to order a new one. The employees that took said part, told me it should be a couple of days. I waited 4 days and then called them. They said the part was in and they'd be there between 9-11 in the next morning. Pulled a no show. When I called they said that had they had tried to call and I didn't answer (I called them back within 20 minutes) that they took another job and would be here from 12-3. No show again. I called... again and they had said that the employee had gotten a flat tire. That was a lie as the employee had told me he was on his way to Torrance. I said I'd be using another contractor and wanted my property back he told me they had thrown out my parts in the trash. I asked why he would take my personal property and throw them away. At that point he got belligerent. They wasted a week of my time, cussed me out, lied to me and stole my property. David was cool, he was really nice and I liked him a lot. He's the main reason I wanted to use the company, but ""Jack"" aka Leonard (the owner) is just awful. He is mentally unstable.

Made an appointment with Bestline Plumbing. They scheduled me today between 11am - 3pm. No one showed up. When I called then told me to contact their employee directly. I called him and he said he didn't show because he had the wrong number. He didn't check back with his boss for the right number so decided just not to show up.
Thanks for wasting 4 hours of my time.

Leonard sent his plumber Angel out to my elderly neighbors house to fix a clog that was affecting both bathrooms, both sinks, the shower and the bathtub. He had it fixed within 20 minutes. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and their price was very reasonable.
I have used Best Line for years and will continue to.

Nothing sucks more than your heating system going out in the middle of winter. But Bestline Plumbing to the rescue. New system installed within 48 hours. And it cost less than what I thought it was going to be. Thanks to Granny who found a coupon for them in the Press Telegram. So nice and toasty now. Good going guys! Thanks!
