Due Covid safety the Best Yet Installation introduced themselves both wore face mask. They remove old dishwasher and minor installment to electric outlet. Finished the work at fashion manor and explained everything for us. How to operate our new dishwasher.

These guys are criminals. I buy 2 appliances through Best Buy. Best Yet Installations show up and immediately make a phone call about 'a problem'. They say my recently inspected house is not up to code and they'll have to do $2300 of work to get it up to code and make the installation.
I refuse delivery from these scumbags. I went to Poirier in Norwood and they sent new appliances the next day and they were installed without issue. The plumbers they sent told me Best Yet is know for ripping people off.
Best Yet, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Go eff yourselves!
I scheduled removal and installation of a replacement Dryer done earlier from another company representing BestBuy. Reading the reviews of Best Yet Installations you can be sure I was frightened by the prospect of another botched job or worse. I was pleasantly surprised to find a professional crew arrive at the house.
They were careful not to scratch the Dryer and the house. The work was done in a timely manner and when it was done everything worked properly. The Washer Dryer room is quite small. The dryer was a bit too close to the light switch. When I asked to have the appliances moved slightly away from the wall they immediately fixed the issue without complaint. I know much of what I described should be assumed. Unfortunately it is not always easy to find both competent workers and workers considerate of ones requests. If this is representative of the company then I suspect there are many more happy customers than the angry ones writing these reviews.
We purchased a new oven range through Samsung which includes the installation. They stopped by for about 5-10 minutes, immediately told us it would be $40 to pull a permit and later told us we need 18"" of clearance and that we had 17.3"" of clearance. After this news, they told me to go shop for an LG with 16"" or shop through a local plumber where they do not pull a permits, which i asked ""isn't it required for them to pull a permit before they install it?"", he said ""no, it should be though"". I'm pretty sure by law of Commonwealth of MA it is required.. This company is a huge scam and treats customer that either get free installation like crap and charge them with unnecesary charges. After the plumber leaves I measured the clearance from the cabinet to the countertop and it's exactly 18"" of clearance, our house was built in 2006 so fairly new and should be up to code with MA standards.
We've tried reaching them out several time, no one picks their phone up.
On top of that they closed our install case with Samsung and told them the installation was complete, we've been dealing with Samsung support for a full week for a solution to this mess. This company is terrible I would never recommend them to anyone.
I had a vanity installed. It leaked immediately after the plumber left, both of the sinks were clogged. The vanity was leaking everywhere. When contacted on the same day, a Friday they said they would be back on Monday. I waited hours and they never showed up. The soonest after that was 9 days later, which is today Wednesday. He said I was ""all set "" I noticed that the sinks were not draining, I told him this. His reply ""I'm a plumber, not a drain cleaner, two different things"" he got in his truck and left!!!! Worst of the worst !!!!!!! Do not use this company!!! I never saw anything like this in my life!!!!! 9 days without a bathroom sink?!?!? Then they leave and it's still not fixed?!!!!! Worst of the worst!!!!
Bought a Bosch dishwasher from Home Depot and paid for installation. Tim and Kyle from Best Yet showed up. Very professional. Facemasks, cloth shoe covers, big drop cloth to cover the area in front of dishwasher, neither the old dw or new one touched the floor.
They were a little late from scheduled time, but called ahead 1/2 hour before and asked for us to clear out under the sink and locate the dishwasher breaker in our electrical panel before they arrived, and we did both so when they arrived they were all business.
Their install was really smooth. They installed a new Ground Fault plug per new state code - no extra charge. They were here less than an hour and left us with a leveled and clean installed unit. Took away the old unit. Easily better than I would expect from a plumber.

Too bad you don't know who best buy is going to select to install. In the end it cost about $500 extra for about 15 minutes or work and $40 worth of parts.
Their entire operation is opportunistic price gorging. I should have just refused delivery.
In the end, after the surprise fees, they added insult to injury by charging $30 for an inspection that only costs $20 per the guidelines online.
This is honestly the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. We have had two installs from Best Buy with them. BOTH botched! We had a gas dryer installs and paid and extra $400 on site to have everything brought up to code. Come to find out our gas dryer was not properly installed to vent outside. Unknown to us until looking into the crawl space by another professional showed us the concern while he was not even near it doing A different job. So unknown to us we have been using this gas dryer and nothing was being vented outside CONCERNING RIGHT???? Well I called the company's emergency line because what should we do? After and hour and 1/2 I finally got a call back in which was I was met with an aggressive rude and highly unprofessional individual. That attacked me that how DARE I think this is important and an emergency?!! And how he was home and in bed and how dare I even call. I mean since when is calling a company to inquire about an issue like this matter deemed CRAZY and that I should be screamed at? I would NEVER use this company again. I honestly couldn't believe someone would speak to me in the manner after that I had to get online and write this review because honestly I'm still fuming. A simple phone call back explaining to not use the dryer and letting us know that someone could come out tom to fix the issue is all that's as needed. So now I'm left to pay and call a normal company that treats customers like humans so I can feel safe to use my gas dryer. BEST YET should pay for this to be fixed . Since they didn't have a problem taking my $400 on the spot to do the job . TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE do NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
To quote Jean-Ralphio, ""They're the wooooooooorst."" Definitely not the Best Yet. We got a dishwasher from Best Buy who contracted these guys to do the installation. After they left, we discovered a flood in the basement. A pipe next to the dishwasher had been ruptured. It took them a week to come back to look at it, which honestly is way too long considering we had a flood. When they came, they claimed that it was a coincidence that the pipe right next to the dishwasher broke right after they did the dishwasher install. Whatever. They're full of crap. I told them that I found it really difficult to believe that we suddenly have a flood right after they installed the dishwasher, and they told me that they'd talk to a manager and call me back. Surprise surprise, they never called me back. It's been weeks. Screw them. Don't hire them to do anything and definitely be wary of buying plumbing appliances from Best Buy because you'll run the risk of this company doing the install. They don't stand by their work and they have zero customer service. I live in an old house and have had worked with various plumbers over the years to make plumbing upgrades in the house and have never encountered this level of unprofessionalism and poor work ethic before.
