Update today 2/19/22. Final step in process of replacing defective range. The staff at Best Yet is outstanding. Today Kyle and Zack installed a replacement gas double oven and dishwasher. The code has changed for dishwashers with the electrical GFI and they were aware and prepared. The install was completed in a manner that was efferently and thorough. Vinny and John were also here to help since they diagnosed the issue before (after the range install). These guys were professional, courteous and competent. They deserve more than the 5 stars. I have worked with many installers over the years both personally and professional and haven't seen a group better than this company. Please understand that they are sometimes in difficult circumstances with the sales occurring outside their control. They competed the plumbing and electrical installation incredibly well. John and Vinny stayed to give instructions on the new appliances. They have installed four in the last few weeks. This company really stepped up to help us with a difficult situation with the range. The process of the range began on black Friday and completed today. Delayed Christmas present for the wife, but she couldn't be happier now. 7 Stars from us. Thank you Best Yet and staff very much for making this easy and rewarding.
Pete D.Best Yet Installations was the subcontractor for my Costco Gas dryer installer. They showed up on time and did a competent job installing my dryer and removing my old dryer.
Unfortunately my house, like yours (likely), was not up to code and so my ""free"" install ended up costing $490. If you want a free install, make sure you do every single thing possible to bring your house up to code before they show up, in my case this required adding hammer-arrestors on my washing machine, throwing away the semi-flexible aluminum vent line supplied by Costco / replacing with a solid aluminum vent piece and drilling a few holes in my wall to put up a grate for make-up fresh air in case the door was closed.
My main reason for not giving them 4 stars was that I am confident I could have called my trusted local plumber (who is not cheap) and done all of the same work for a fraction of the price had I realized how much they were going to charge for the work they did.
With all of that said, the plumbing inspector showed up, popped his head in for 3/10 of a second and went on his merry way.

Service is so terrible and overpriced that they have a pre written paragraph that they cut and paste on their many 1-star reviews that says the exact same thing accusing their customers of ""not doing their homework"". It also says ""communication is key"". Best yet installations would benefit from taking their own advice and communicating with their customers BEFIRE they install a cheap $5 switch in 10 minutes and present the customer with an absurdly overpriced bill. Communication is key!
My story is similar to other people's reviews. They showed up on time however, they refused to install my gas dryer unless I paid over $500 for basic work they completed in about 40 minutes. The delivery person told me that he had to ""pull permits"" and protect Best Buy from liability, and I could always get a handyman to do the work. In our family we need a clothes dryer. They know when they have you over a barrel. This is so unfair - it feels like a setup.
Ev G.Please Please PLEASE do not trust this company!!!! If I could give them a 0 star rating, I would. Not only did they call me yesterday to confirm a 7-9am delivery and installation of a new gas range from Best Buy, but they also called me a few minutes before 9am to confirm and say they would arrive in 20/30 minutes. I wasn't to concerned about the time because the time frame was initially between 7am and 1pm. So we wait and wait and wait in the living room and hours pass. Nothing. I tried calling the number of the gentleman who called me and no answer. I tried calling the company line, the emergency line, every number I could find online and nothing at all. I was so desperate that I sent them a message through their contact form. So then I called Best Buy and they told me these contractors essentially lied and said they tried to deliver and no one was home. All lies because we got our new refrigerator that was delivered today too, and we were waiting and watching since 6:30am in the living room. Long story short, DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR ANY SERVICE!!! I hope they actually do get sent out to my house to redeliver so I can get to the bottom of this whole fiasco! I would have been okay with a late delivery, because many things are out of our control. But to LIE about an attempted deliver show they have absolutely no integrity.
Showed up on time to install a gas dryer I bought from Best Buy but then said they'd need to install some hammer arrestors on my washing machine. said they'd been failing inspections and have to install them for $100. What inspection? I bought a dryer, not a washing machine. Do towns send out home inspectors when replacing an appliance? Lie.
Also said they'd need to replace a gas valve. $240 more bucks for my replacement of a dryer. Expect to part with your money when they show up, it's obviously their plan.
Destina A.Fantastic experience with these folks. I bought a new gas range from Best Buy and these guys delivered & installed for me. Brett and Alex arrived on time, were super nice and worked very quickly! When they told me Best Yet also does plumbing, I asked them to take a look at an issue I was having with my washing machine. They told me what they thought the issue was and quoted me $225 for a valve replacement. I called around to some other local plumbers who quoted me between $350-450 for the same job. I called Best Yet immediately to schedule the valve replacement. Dave and Natalie came by first thing the morning of my appointment. They were so much fun to chat with and worked efficiently. I was missing water hammer arresters which they kindly ran to Home Depot to grab and install for me. After they left, Dave was kind enough to answer several questions I had via text. Absolutely fantastic service. I will call them with any future needs!
Terrible service. Bought a dishwasher from Best Buy and they sent this company to ""install"". They showed up 2 1/2 hours late from the scheduled time slot window with zero call or communication. Then as soon as they came to install they (two technicians) spent a couple minutes (if that) to measure and immediately said they couldn't install our dishwasher. They couldn't wait to get out of the door. Zero workmanship. My husband said he took the measurements himself and it will fit but they refused and told us to purchase a smaller dishwasher. My husband installed the dishwasher the same night himself without any issues. It fit perfectly as explained. From this experience it seemed they wanted to get home early and avoid having to do this job because they were running late.
Had the same exact issue the last time I bought appliance last 6 months ago from Best Buy, the two technicians tried to tell me our doubled oven wouldn't fit either and I adamantly asked them to remeasure because we measured ourselves and they magically were able to install my oven after having to question them. Would not recommend this company to anyone, their technicians don't want to work and try to find any easy way out to avoid having to do an installation. Experienced this on two separate occasions!
Steve R.I had better luck with this company than many of the other posters on Yelp. Several months ago we bought a new LG gas dryer from Home Depot. On the day of the installation, two gentlemen came out and hooked everything up in about 2 hours time. My previous dryer was probably 30 years old and left over from the previous owners, so some upgrades were needed.
They installed a new metal vent and shut off valve. I believe the additional work came to about 300 dollars, but it was well worth it in my opinion. The previous setup was a fire hazard and we were lucky we didn't have any problems. If I need installation on another appliance, I would have no problem using them again if I got to choose who installs it.
