Yelp to the rescue once again. Last week during our rain storm, our water heater suddenly quite working. After calling our ""regular"" plumber, who was unable to take the job for a few days, I searched on Yelp for a local plumber. Best-Way Plumbing answered my call right away and was able to come by to check out the situation. In a matter of a few hours, during a stormy day, we had a new water heater up and running. Truly appreciate everything they did to accommodate us that day. Definitely recommend Best Way Plumbing.

HAHA this business conveniently ""skipped"" those amazing business owners out there that are doing the right thing. So, this ""woman"" as you so shamelessly claimed.... #shameonyou She is a Yelp Elite for 8+ years and always make a point to call out crappy businesses. Period. Too bad this guy doesn't like being called out, and his reply proves it.

Times must be tough. Called @6pm and spoke to Gary (?) briefly to request an estimate to move a gas line. He asked I send send him picture and he can give me a range ballpark quote.

But when I sent him the picture, he started asking about ""other"" jobs related to exhaust, hot and cold, water, etc. He even asked if it is a house or townhouse, that is totally irrelevant to the job estimate.

When a potential customer inquired about a specific job, please don't try to add on other jobs that I'm not asking you for estimates.

Of course, he did not provide any estimate. And he was the only one of all the plumbers I talked to, who ""doubt that I would be tying gas at that location""

Family owned business with true professionalism and integrity.

I came home from vacation to a plumbing emergency. Gary Facetimed me immediately to help me turn off the main water valve while I waited for him to arrive. Gary then sent his dad to my home to check on the issue while I wait for Gary to finish another job he was working on. About 30 minutes later Gary and Bob arrived to repair the issue. Talk about service. I had an entire team working to help me in a timely manner. They fixed the issue and charged a very reasonable price for their service. Look no further--Best Way Plumbing is truly the BEST!!!

Was having a plumbing emergency where the ceiling was sagging with water and dripping. Called a few places that couldn't come same day, but Gary showed up within 15 minutes of me calling him, and he and Bob repaired the issue right away (fixed a pipe that was never soldered properly). They were super professional and prompt. Will definitely use again.

Gary and Bob were at our house bright and early to fix our leaky shower.. And boy did they! We were prepared for a hefty bill but they repaired it quickly and for less than we thought. They even ran out and found a needed part, something the plumber our insurance company sent had decided wasn't worth his time. Called these guys after hours and they were able to come over, quickly assess the situation and provide a couple options to have our water restored. We have an infant and a toddler, going without water until the next day was not an option. I feel that Gary was upfront and honest. He was able to fix my water in a short time.
