These guys are AWESOME ! In calling around for a simple plumbing problem (I needed a kitchen sink drain re-done as it was leaking badly).
I called five different plumbers, and they ALL said that it would be three to five days before they could get someone to come and just ""LOOK"" at the problem, THEN they would schedule a work appointment...(ugh)
Then I called Best Value, and they said that they would have someone there the very next day... Not just to LOOK, but to ACTUALLY FIX the drain. They arrived even before the scheduled time (yes they called first)
and in no time at all, had the problem fixed. They even went the extra mile and replaced a filtered water faucet valve, (also on the same sink).
They were friendly, competent , and did a most exceptional job.
If I ever have additional plumbing problems, I'm calling THESE guys. I know their work, and I WON'T be put off for several days or a week or more waiting for some other company.
