We are a HVAC company. Our team of NATE certified professionals are equipped to service and maintain various kinds of home heating and cooling systems. We are the only Carrier authorized dealer in Oconee and the Pickens area. Our team installs all residential equipment, but specialize in high-efficiency units, geothermal units and ductless HVAC systems. Our plumbing division is equipped to manage the plumbing needs of your home which include kitchen disposals, hot water heaters, tankless water heaters, water and sewage lines. We provide installation for gas lines for fireplaces, hot water systems, furnaces, gas stoves, clothes dryers, outdoor grills as well as fire pits.

We started in 1996 as a company as a division of a larger mechanical firm. Since 2001, we have been owned by Perry Sanders and his family. The owner's son Josh has overseen sales and management of HVAC systems since the year 2010. He takes pleasure in partnering with homeowners to create tailored solutions to fit the unique needs of each home.
