I don't normally take the time to write a bad review about a company... but this situation left me fuming. With all of the rain we brought ""Best Service"" our yesterday to clean our gutters and drains. They quoted us $1200. Well beyond what we thought we'd have to pay... but agreed to do it nonetheless. Scheduled the service for this morning and took the day off work. They got here this morning and said it would be $3400 with no guarantees. What? Triple the quote you provided 18 hours ago? No apology... no nothing. Of course I told them ""no thanks"" but then they had the audacity to ask for their $39 service charge. I guess that's what they provide for providing grossly inaccurate estimates.

What's the point of sending someone out for an estimate if you can't even trust your own people to scope out the work?

If I could rate a 0 I would. My frustration with this company is solely on their office/scheduling/management. When I called I described my problem in detail and the woman who scheduled the appointment repeated it back to me and we even joked about it. My appointment was scheduled for the next afternoon at which time they called to say that they couldn't make it that day and I would have to wait another day. Two days after my first call two men arrive (on time, polite and easy to talk to) and tell me that this company doesn't take care of this problem......... I would suggest they teach the woman making appointments exactly what their services are so other potential customers don't wait 2 days.

Worst company ever, I was referred by a friend to call them to tune & check up my a/c , & to ask for a specify guy( will not disclose his name) ,I called, set up an appointment, he was right on time, put his gages all over , checked the unit, after a while, he came up with a price list & my jaw just dropped down, mind you my unit was just purchased 5 years ago, then he said we can buy your unit & install a newer one for you, which will cost you 6k+ !!!!!!
That doesn't include material & installing

Today I had a great guy from H2H co, checked it out, patched a leak, filled it with gas& its running perfect under $250

Avoid these guys like the plague. I never leave bad reviews.
Simply the facts
They came to my home to fix a simple hose issue with a new appliance.
Instead they changed the entire home's water filtration system.
Had my nanny whom doesnt speak English sign a wopping $3600! Contract! (for a $100 job)
then get this. When we objected to chat NEVER CALLED ME Back
and sent us to COLLECTIONS.
AVOID, AVOID. They guys are shady!

I called this plumbing service to have three plumbing jobs: drain clearance, install hardware in a bathtub, and fix a kitchen sink. I called on a Friday and was told that Monday at 4 PM would be the soonest service could be completed. At 4:30 pm I received a call that the technician would be running late. We could expect the technician by 6 PM. At 7 PM I called the contact number. They had no intention of completing service--explained that an emergency had come up at another customer's house--earlier in the day. Please be advised that their communication is horrible. I wasted my afternoon and evening waiting for the technician. No phone call was forthcoming prior to my appointment (after the call indicating that the tech would be late). After calling them at 7 PM I explained that I would have appreciated a phone call telling me that they would not render service. This may be an exception; however, everyone has a phone and my cell phone is with me all the time. I cannot rate their quality of service...they never gave me the chance. There are other plumbers available...and this outfit will not be one I call in the future. This was a negative experience and their communication inexcusable.

This company has been nothing but trouble. First, my landlord paid a ridiculous price to replace a water heater. Second, their front office is nothing but unorganized and do not communicate with one another. I scheduled a complimentary appointment on the AC since my landlord paid for a membership. I was told they would come from 10-11 and even had a confirmation the day before. The day of the appointment I received a call stating that someone would be coming after 11 and then was told that they do not make 1 hour appointments even though it was confirmed. So I scheduled the appointment for a Saturday from 8-10. I call them at 9 and was told that the office manager changed the appointment to a Monday without even calling me. So I wake up early on a Saturday for nothing!!! I did ask for the office manager's supervisor to call me. Hopefully I will be getting a call on Monday from the owner. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Where else can you get a free estimate of work to be done with the no service charge. I called Best Service Plumbing for a clogged drain that I had. Called and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Also per my request I needed a call back when the technician was on his way.

Punctual and on time - check
Personable - check
Free estimate - check
Service charge if I felt they were too expensive - No service charge - Check.

Rob arrived on site and was very knowledgeable and personable. When he got onsite I took him upstairs and showed him the clog and behold it was no longer there. Somehow it had cleared. I WAS NOT CHARGED A SERVICE FEE!!! AMAZING!
Rob recommended a maintenance cleaning which I declined, but what left a Mark for me was that Rob looked like a company guy. Took the timeout to explain to me why they (Best Service Plumbing) offered the best in pricing and c/s. He explained to me how the pricing structure worked and based on the price quotes today... they came out on top. He seem dedicated to Best Service Plumbing and wanted to keep me as a customer, although nothing he said was necessary. I was already sold.

I am writing this review not only to emphasis that the company stands behind their promises, Rob being absolutely the best but also to remind myself should I need another plumber.... I know who to call.

Mike showed up, cleared some roots that had penetrated my sewer drain, collected the advertised fee, gave me some good advice and split. Too many plumbing companies try to extort homeowners when it comes to maintaining older mainlines with root issues. No BS or bait & switch from Best; I'll call them back for sure for any other real plumbing issue.

Charlie came out to my house to clear the main drain that was clogged. He did it very fast and for a great price. Hopefully, I wont need to call again soon but if I do, I will call Best Service Plumbing for sure!
