This is one of the best service business contacts I have had in many years.I called and talked to John, the owner, in the late morning about a sewer pipe blockage that had effectively rendered all of my facilities useless. He said that he understood the urgency of my problem and that they could be over between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. They arrived at 2:30 PM and it was immediately evident that they were competent professionals. I have worked wiith many trades over the years and I don't care what the field is being competent and friendly is somewhat uncommon anymore. John and Richard were exceptional. Not only did they analyze the problem quickly and complete the work in short order they were friendly and explained what they were doing as they went along. When they were finished they did an excellent job of cleanup. In my career I worked with many people in the trades and these were definately two of the best. I would recommend this business to anyone.

I started having backyard flooding coincident with a plugged sump box drain. The prior homeowner had attempted to deal with the significant runoff from the slope above with some odd rerouting. Suffice it to say that the cause of the flooding was not obvious and took some thoughtful assessment by Chris and Skyler from Best Rooter. Chris was very clear about the possibility that snaking the drain might not be successful, about exactly how he would cost out the job, and what my options were. They also listened thoughtfully to the information I provided on my prior observations and hypothesis. He and Skyler than slogged their heavy snake equipment across some very difficult, muddy terrain. They were able to clear the blockage. The sump is draining, and an hour later the yard puddling has dissipated. All this was accomplished in an hour.

The cost was quite reasonable, they were both friendly and professional. Chris responded promptly to my initial call, was flexible in meeting my scheduling needs, and called the morning of the service to verify the appointment. As they were leaving Chris provided advice and information on preventive maintenance I could do to lessen the likelihood of requiring their services in the future.

I'd been limping along with a sluggish toilet for some weeks, meaning until something changed, I would not be having anyone to my home. Finally, in desperation, I called Best Rooter. John came out to inspect my recalcitrant toilet and had it fixed in a half hour. He was professional, expert and friendly. Anytime I ever need plumbing services again, I will call Best Rooter. Called several companies listed under septic services because septic system was backing up into house, assuming tank needed to be pumped or leech lines cleared. This company was first to respond. Tech confirmed tank full, needed to be pumped and that they DON'T PUMP! So I paid $160.88 to be told to call someone else to pump our tank. Lack of knowledge about companies services resulted in a waste of $160. Don't make my mistake.

Oh SNAP! These guys are IT! Leaking @ base of toilet. Called at 8:30am. Chris(!!) was here by 11:30am and I'm typing this at 11:56am. Prompt, professional, personable, tidy, had the all the necessary equipment and explained what issues were and how he can get it repaired. Tested the work multiple times to ensure resolution. Price was reasonable imho. VERY PLEASED! Will call them back as first option from now on.

John Wiley came out at 8 pm tonight. I live in a bottom floor condo and I was bailing water out of my sink as fast I could. John assessed that this wasn't a ""my condo"" problem (I'm just at the bottom of the tree trunk) and he remedied it. He was personable and cleaned up everything. He even rescues animals! Can't recommend highly enough!!

We'd just moved into the new house.

The sewer line was plugged. Since we don't know anybody here, we called our realtor for a recommendation.

Chris came out at 7:00 pm, after an already long Friday. We found the septic tank clean out and he got to work.

In a few minutes the clog was removed and the lines clear. The house had sat empty for months - may have caused the blockage.

Chris was prompt, friendly and professional throughout. I can recommend Best Rooter Service without hesitation.

I have had experiences with other companies that will say they can unclog your drain only to have them show up and offer to give you an estimate to redo the plumbing in your house claiming that is the only way to solve your problem. This is not the case with Best Rooter Service. They don't do plumbing. They unclog pipes. Thats what they said they would do and it is what they did. Quick, efficient, and friendly. If I ever need drain service again I will call Best Rooter Service!

I have been extremely happy with John's professionalism and willingness to help us reduce costs by giving us options for repairs. Best Rooter has snaked drains, repaired broken pipe, installed clean-out access, and been terrific for years. I shopped around when I was living in the Bellingham house, and their prices were better than anywhere else. But for the past 10 years it's been great to know that I don't NEED to shop around anymore!! Now, when our tenants let us know about an issue, I just call John, and know it won't be a problem for long.
