Chuck was a lifesaver! Sunday night my kitchen sink was completely clogged. He came out Monday and was able to unclog a horribly clog in the line. He then fixed all the pipes that had been under the sink and reconfigured them the way they should be, and installed a new garbage disposal. I really appreciate the care he took in doing the work and fixing the problem. So far, it's working like a charm! Thanks, Chuck!

Shower handle broke off on a Sunday morning a few days before Christmas. I've replaced Moen Posi Temp cartridges a few times before and never had an issue but this one was different. The stem had broken off and the cartridge was calcified in the brass valve so I could not get the thing out after an hour of trying. Plus I had to keep our water turned off at the water main because the shower was stuck in the on position. Finally seeing that I was going to make it worse if I screwed it up I looked up plumbers and Chuck was local and highly rated. I called him and left a message and he called me back within an hour or two at the most. A few hours later he was at my house working on the issue. He worked a couple hours to get that cartridge removed without damaging the brass valve and had our shower working great again. Chuck is a great guy and did great work on a Sunday no less. I highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed.

The guy came to my house and look at the gas stove top. I just needed him to connect it. I was in the middle of putting the hood and asked nicely if he could help me bold the hood and if not, it's fine. He made an excuse saying I don't have the right parts for my stove connector and walk away. Refuse to talk to me and says he won't do it.

Here's some history: i previously called him for a water heater quote, HE said he wanted to come and give estimate but I didn't take him up on the price when he came because I'm still renovating my house. the water heater is still not changed. Now I called for a different job, he comes, saw me and ask why I called? got mad and walk out. Refused to talk.

Not recommended at all.

I had my faucets replaced finally today (We were wasting a bunch of water daily from a slow leak), we ended up calling a licensed plumber who had worked at my husband's office. Chuck is a nice, respectful and well spoken Kenyan man. He priced his work reasonably and worked without a glitch. So glad we called him.

Outstanding Service. I needed a plumber for an emergency on a Friday afternoon. Chuck contacted me (after he saw I had called on his called ID) and came over immediately to Replace the washing machine plumbing box hookup. He showed me the problem, explained what was needed and went to work immediately...on the spot! He did a detailed, quality install; great attention to detail and clean-up. Chuck's amazing and I highly recommend him!

Just want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO CHUCK of Best Quality Plumbing of Wylie! We had a huge flooding of water from our flower bed....turned out to be a busted pipe! My husband and I had called some of these big name plumbing companies amd could not get anyone to come out until after the 4th of July....this happened on the 3rd...holiday time....the only thing we could do was shut the main water off. We could not have no water for 3 days....then I found a local plumber close by! Chuck took my call, asked me what happened and said he would see me soon....he was at my house in 15min! He did everything by hisself and 4 hours later....we had a fixed pipe and running water! Thank you, Chuck, for coming to our rescue! Awesome, courteous professional and all-around down-to-earth guy! I thank God for Chuck. I had an emergency leak under my kitchen sink at 8pm on a Friday night, he came to my home quickly, told me what was wrong, replaced the faulty parts with better ones, all for a VERY reasonable price. Other customer reviews is what made me decide to give Best Quality Plumbing a try. It can be challenging in finding a plumber in this area as there are several to choose from. I did the usual and started my research and narrowed down my choices to 4 plumbers. A couple started off very high and in one case, a plumber was going to charge for an estimate. The job required a shower valve swap out and adjustment to the placement of the valve. Chuck was able to do everything I requested and affordable. He is very friendly and professional as others has mentioned. I would recommend him to my neighbors and friends.
