We had a problem with the water heater at our office. Since we do emergency services we have showers for the guys who respond to emergencies. The technician came in and was able to figure out the problem with sincerity. Sincerity because the previous plumber wanted us to change the entire water heater. Best Quality's tech was able to fix the water heater at a fraction of the cost of replacing it. 2 weeks later we called him again to replace the water heater, this time because we wanted our garage to look nicer with a new water heater. Both visits were pleasant experiences. Definitely recommending them.

Luckily, while in my backyard this afternoon, I witnessed the spigot connected to my wall flew off, and water shot out with fierce pressure. I turned off my main water line to stop the water. Called a local plumber that couldn't help me same day (first available day was 72 hours); they recommended Best Quality Plumbing. I called BQP at 4PM and within just a couple hours, Junior arrived. He assessed the situation, walked me thru what he was going to do, the cost, and I gave him the green light to install a new spigot. He was done within 20 minutes. Extremely friendly, professional, and communicative. If I have any other plumbing needs, they'll be the first I'll call. Thanks Junior!

I used an auger to unblock my toilet and got it stuck in there, tried for an hour but wouldn't come out. I called Best Quality Plumbing.
When Junior showed up he also tried but told me the toilet has to come out,
told me he'd try his best not to break the toilet so I wouldn't have to buy a new one, and that is what he did.
Beside showing up on time he was very professional and careful, did no damage to the room or the toilet, put it back together and it's working perfect, on a rating 1 to 5 I'd give Best Quality Plumbing a 5, I would absolutely recommend this company and the price was very reasonable.

be aware any plumber can be good ot bad abd can either increase or lower pressure at the pressure relief source.. in my case pressure was way too high all of a sudden and a house repiping was needed a few weeks later///

They started a job and won't return my calls to finish it. They do good work when they show up, but their business is shady. I wouldn't trust them. They also quote you one price and then increase it with change orders. Sergio, please answer your phone.

Carlos is the BEST AND ONLY PLUMBER we will be working with from NOW ON! Our sink would always clog up, forcing us to use liquid chemicals, to unclog it. The smell was horrible. He fixed it, and our sink is waaaay better. Best Quality is the way to go. No one compares. Carlos changed our bathrooms fixtures. Our neighbors knew I didn't, because it was done so professionally. Haha.

What more could you ask for?

They showed up the same day. They were the lowest cost of the 6 plumbers I asked. The problem was fixed and they left the sink cleaner than they found it. I'll certainly look to work with them again!
