I scheduled an appointment
with Sergio after I read the reviews. He showed up on time but didn't feel like parking across the street although I told him to leave his tools by my front door. He gave multiple excuses why he couldn't park in an open space in the parking area. Obviously he wasn't that interested in doing the job. I canceled.Not good PR for the business.
Carlos ~ that parking lot is for any visitor who enters that development. Sergio didn't really want to do the job when he pulled up by my unit. I understood what he told me but I've lived there a very long time and visitors can park there if space is available.There are no designated parking lots for specific buildings. There are only 2 parking lots for the entire development.
I am sorry it didn't work out. Sergio didn't even want to hear anything I suggested. He immediately wanted to reschedule. By the way I didn't want to leave a star but I couldn't post a review otherwise. I am sure that your company is doing a good job elsewhere. Based on the reviews I picked your business.

We've used their services twice and we've been impressed by their promptness and quality of work on both occasions. Sergio (the owner) and an associate fixed a leak at the base of our toilet bowl more than a year ago and he just replaced our shower faucet a couple of days ago. Within half an hour of placing a work request at Yelp, I got a call from Sergio and he came in the next 30 minutes.

I know his charges are very reasonable since I had been given more expensive quotes for the same job. He's honest and you won't feel ripped off.

He's very careful not to mess the workplace and he puts protective mat/blanket in the work area and cleans up after the work is done.

I will definitely recommend him to others and I know he is very reliable.

My company called Sergio for a clogged problem a few years back. We quoted 3 companies. They are the one with the most reasonable price and came on time.

Later on we had other problems with the toilet flushes and toilets , he and his co-workers came the same day and replaced quickly. Though there's leaks, they came to fix the next day till there's no more problem.

The most impressive experience with them was in a cold and windy night, we had an emergency call for the back float valve broke, and they fixed right away.

I hired Sergio for my home project because of the good experience. He is always on time and does work professionally. He shows me problems and gives me options. I quoted other plumbers too, so I know his price is fair and reasonable.

I would recommend him to my firends as it is hard to find a good plumber who knows how to do the job and doesn't rip people off.

Please be aware that this company will send another sub contracting company that were very condescending and almost belittled me till my husband came and talked to them. My husband asked them for thier business card after they gave us a rediculace quote and they told him they were unable to give him one since they are a subcompany! MOVE ON TO ANOTHER COMPANY!

Sergio and his team are amazing! My water heater started leaking and I could only be home on Saturday evening to have someone getting it fixed. I was lucky to find Sergio because he understood my situation and agreed to come after 6pm on a weekend day! They came as scheduled and did a great job discovering and eliminating the issue. Besides fixing the water heater they also took care of another small issue I had with the water regulator and everything was at a reasonable price. The service was excellent and I will definitely work with them in the future.

Tuesday night my wife noticed water had soaked the wooden base under our water heater in the garage. We could see water trails going down the side of the tank but it didn't seem like water was actively flowing. Having experiencing a flood from our last water heater 18 years ago, I figured it would not be a good idea to wait, and started calling around the next morning. One person I spoke to with very good Yelp reviews told me how old the water heater was (from the serial number) and that I was right not to wait to replace it. He wouldn't be able to get to me for a couple of days, though. He also told me to expect to pay $1300-$1500 to have it done (!).

I saw Best Quality's listing in Yelp along with a few others, including the company I'd used last time. I phoned two others and hit the ""Get Quote"" button for Best Quality. Sergio got back to me within about 15 minutes, and after asking me a few questions via the Yelp messaging system, quoted me $1050 to replace the heater with another 40 gallon tank but a Bradford instead of the Rheem I had - I'd read somewhere that Bradford was considered to be better. He offered to come over at noon, a little more than 90 minutes from then. No one else seemed willing to quote me on the phone.

Sergio and his assistant came over as promised, with the new water heater, and also immediately spotted a leak from the release valve on our water regulator out front. We'd had issues with water pressure before (as most of my neighbors also had - his gauge showed 150psi vs the 50-60 it should have been) and in fact this regulator was the 3rd one in the 32 years I've lived in the house. He quoted me another $350 to replace it, which was also very reasonable, and in about two hours every thing was done and working perfectly. I recommend you call Sergio for your issues. Dealing with him was a pleasure. I'l definitely be calling him again for my plumbing needs.

It's 5:30am Monday morning waking up to take a shower for work only to discover that my water heater took a dump over night. I called Sergio who was more than willing to take the job for obvious reason but how he handled our initial conversation really impressed me. Gave me confidence that I was speaking to the right guy. His work was just as impressive. Arrived 20 mins early, removed and installed my new Water Heater and hauled away the old one. Left my area clean. I recommend Sergio to everyone, you won't be disappointed and you'll be satisfied. Oh by the way, I finally took my warm shower... Gracias!
