Carlos is the BEST AND ONLY PLUMBER we will be working with from NOW ON! Our sink would always clog up, forcing us to use liquid chemicals, to unclog it. The smell was horrible. He fixed it, and our sink is waaaay better. Best Quality is the way to go. No one compares. Carlos changed our bathrooms fixtures. Our neighbors knew I didn't, because it was done so professionally. Haha.

They showed up the same day. They were the lowest cost of the 6 plumbers I asked. The problem was fixed and they left the sink cleaner than they found it. I'll certainly look to work with them again!

dishonest, outrageous prices, poor quality work. don't waist your time! he was there for 15 min, reconnected an existing water line, didn't install anything new, and claims he did all kinds of maintenance. first of all garlos .g.. i told your boy exactly what the problem was when i first called so dont give me this crap about a handyman. i got plenty of money to pay for what was really done and worth it, not for making shit up and trying to take advantage of. you werent even there to begin with! and your right, next time i will get someone from homedopot, at least theyre honest!! and dont complain about working in the crawl space, you chose this line of work and im sure working next to a dead rat is nothing compared to working with shit.... god bless you my boy!!

My toilets were backing up and tubs were slow to drain. I called Best Quality Plumbing to see if they would come out to take a look. They were very responsive and were at my house within the hour. They got everything in working order in no time. I'm definitely calling them again for all my plumbing needs.

Run fast from this company. They are not professional and for being in the service business Carlos the business manager listened to the problem that occured at my home but he immediately denied my concern and never once offered an apology!!!! My neighbor let Sergio and his helper in my home as we were trying to determine a water leak between our 2 units. They tried all the water sources like during on the washing machine, etc. but they left the upstairs shower running when they left!!!!! Yikes!
I returned home 3 1/2 hours from the time they were in my home and it was still on. I called this company to make them aware of what happened and Carlos's first response was ""they did not leave it on"". WHAT!!!!! You turn it on and its your job to turn off. I understand that mistakes happen but the response I received from Carlos was totally unacceptable and very unprofessional. Carlos said he would talk to the guys and call me back but he never asked for my name or my phone # so I do not think I will be getting a call back which most professional companies WOULD call back.

I called Sergio to replace the garbage disposal of my rental unit. He provided a competitive quote on the phone and scheduled a time to come and replace the garbage disposal. I further instructed Sergio to coordinate with my tenant by confirming the time and he did so. Sergio was on time to meet my tenant and do his job. My tenant was very happy with his services giving him 5 stars. Overall, Sergio is a professional who gets the job done at a reasonable price. I would call him again if I have a plumbing issue.

If you have plumbing to be done...this is the company you want to hire! I bought a older home that needed repiping done. Sergio showed up within 1/2 hr of calling him for an estimate that was way better than the previous estimated I received. He and his crew showed up on time, put paper down on all the work areas. I had the house, and garage repiped with copper and a new water heater put in. While he was under my house he took pictured of the sewer line and showed me the damage, I had him come out to repair this too!. It was a lot of work. Sergio and his crew was respectful of my home. I have referred him to family and will use him again for any future projects.

Excellent at assessing the problem on my water heater. Sergio and his partner full explained everything and gave us a fair price better than the competitors. Very nice service clean and percussion was used in the process. After there installation he also explained how the water heater works and all the functions and told us the truth not like other business people he is very trustworthy and would recommend him for your plumbing needs.
