Had Royer come to the home as a result of a supply line leak under our master bathroom vanity. He claimed that it was the angle stop and I disagreed with him, as my husband and I knew it wasn't, we have done tons of plumbing repairs ourselves, but because of the recent loss of his mother we decided just to have somebody do it for us. I said ""OK, you're the expert."" So he replaced both angle stops and several days later when I went into the bathroom I heard a hissing noise and looked underneath the vanity and lo and behold the hot water supply line was spraying water everywhere. I called him back and he came and replaced both supply lines and I told him I will not pay for this repair as I had told him initially what the problem was. I also asked him to bring a carpet cleaner as the whole bathroom carpeting had flooded into the bedroom and into the wall behind the vanity. He disagreed that it was the supply line and said he had taken a video to prove it. When I asked him to show me the video he said ""Oh, I already sent it to my boss."" How convenient!

In addition, he claimed that the pressure was set too high on the house so he got more money out of us, $400, which is ridiculous, to replace the pressure valve in the front of the house. While doing so, he broke off the on/off handle lower down on the pipe and never told us, resulting in us not being able to water any of the front yard plants. He just wanted to get out of Dodge and not fix the problems nor take responsibility. Several times we tried to contact Sergio, but nobody would return our phone calls.

We are just now starting on the repairs with the contractor that we had to hire as a result of all the damage. We had to file a claim with the insurance company which has resulted in over $20,000 worth of damage including Abatement because of the water damage and asbestos removal because of the age of the home. The bathroom had to be gutted and all the plaster removed from the base of the walls that were affected by the water damage. We were just ready to put the home on the market to sell when this occurred. If I could give this company zero stars I would. Jill & Steve Smith, North Hills

Called around 810 pm. Sergio was at my residence within 30 minutes. He unclogged main line with ease and was quick. He was on time and did the job. Price was great and unbeatable for what I needed done. Would definitely recommend him.

I scheduled an appointment
with Sergio after I read the reviews. He showed up on time but didn't feel like parking across the street although I told him to leave his tools by my front door. He gave multiple excuses why he couldn't park in an open space in the parking area. Obviously he wasn't that interested in doing the job. I canceled.Not good PR for the business.
Carlos ~ that parking lot is for any visitor who enters that development. Sergio didn't really want to do the job when he pulled up by my unit. I understood what he told me but I've lived there a very long time and visitors can park there if space is available.There are no designated parking lots for specific buildings. There are only 2 parking lots for the entire development.
I am sorry it didn't work out. Sergio didn't even want to hear anything I suggested. He immediately wanted to reschedule. By the way I didn't want to leave a star but I couldn't post a review otherwise. I am sure that your company is doing a good job elsewhere. Based on the reviews I picked your business.

We've used their services twice and we've been impressed by their promptness and quality of work on both occasions. Sergio (the owner) and an associate fixed a leak at the base of our toilet bowl more than a year ago and he just replaced our shower faucet a couple of days ago. Within half an hour of placing a work request at Yelp, I got a call from Sergio and he came in the next 30 minutes.

I know his charges are very reasonable since I had been given more expensive quotes for the same job. He's honest and you won't feel ripped off.

He's very careful not to mess the workplace and he puts protective mat/blanket in the work area and cleans up after the work is done.

I will definitely recommend him to others and I know he is very reliable.

My company called Sergio for a clogged problem a few years back. We quoted 3 companies. They are the one with the most reasonable price and came on time.

Later on we had other problems with the toilet flushes and toilets , he and his co-workers came the same day and replaced quickly. Though there's leaks, they came to fix the next day till there's no more problem.

The most impressive experience with them was in a cold and windy night, we had an emergency call for the back float valve broke, and they fixed right away.

I hired Sergio for my home project because of the good experience. He is always on time and does work professionally. He shows me problems and gives me options. I quoted other plumbers too, so I know his price is fair and reasonable.

I would recommend him to my firends as it is hard to find a good plumber who knows how to do the job and doesn't rip people off.

Please be aware that this company will send another sub contracting company that were very condescending and almost belittled me till my husband came and talked to them. My husband asked them for thier business card after they gave us a rediculace quote and they told him they were unable to give him one since they are a subcompany! MOVE ON TO ANOTHER COMPANY!
