I've had Jesse over on a few different occasions for various issues including a broken water shutoff valve that needed replacing. The prices have always been fair. When we learned that my sewer line (20 feet under a bank due to the hilly area) needed replacement, I was concerned about the collateral damage that would be done to my landscaping with all that digging. It turns out that my concerns were unfounded. The crew did a very conscientious job of limiting their footprint and returning everything where it belonged afterwards. You couldn't even tell they had worked on it.

I actually did not realize that Best Price Plumbing was going to be doing the plumbing repair at my condominium, because I called and booked my appointment with Castillo Plumbing. I am told that they are a conglomerate, and that whichever plumbing division is available, gets called out.

So, it turned out to be okay--the work was completed, and it seems to be just fine.

And, the repair person was even at my condo before I was which really surprised me.
