Jeff was recommended to me by a friend to help me replace a garbage disposal on 3/30/20 that was leaking every time I ran water in my kitchen sink. This was during the time we were observing the Coronavirus stay-at-home ordinance. Jeff worked me into his busy schedule and he made sure to wipe down everything when he was done working. The other nice thing was when I scheduled the appointment, he offered to sell me a Badger disposal that he had on his truck so I wouldn't have to go out to a store (and risk exposure to the germs) to get one. He charged the same price as if I had bought it myself.

While he was working on my disposal, I was telling him about a weird sound my water heater was making and he was nice enough to check my water pressure before he left, explaining that if it was too high, it might be causing expansion that could be making the sound. He also educated me on the fact that since I installed a soft water system, I will have problems with something called an ""anode rod"" that is in the water heater. He told me that the salt from my soft water system and the anode rod don't place nicely together and if I don't replace the anode rod before the salts eat it up, my water heater will not live a long life. He told me the soft water companies don't tell you this when they sell you the (expensive) units, but that if I Googled it, I'd see what he was talking about - and he was right!

I will definitely use Jeff again for future plumbing needs, as he was skilled, knowledgeable, friendly and service-oriented. Basically you feel like he's a good guy who knows his stuff, does a quality job at a fair price. And he's licensed, whereas other companies may send a tech who is not!
