Had a clogged toilet in my spare bathroom of my Gladden Farm home for 24 hours so called 3 local plumbers on Yelp - the 1st two couldn't get to me for 4 days!!

The 3rd plumbing company - Best Price Plumbing - answered & I spoke to Gilbert, the owner, and he said he would be able to come by midday TODAY!

Daniel and Cody arrived on time and cleared the clog and checked out the clean outs for both toilets, then cleaned up. Job well done!!

The price was very fair but the professional response and thoroughness was really good!

If I could give six stars I would. Super friendly from start to finish and fixed the plumbing problem at a very reasonable price. These people are HONEST and even based out here in Avra Valley! Will definitely use for all plumbing issues.

Feeling fortunate to be referred to the company, I'm always fearful when it comes to plumbers, having some awful past nightmares! These guys were on it, plus got it right! Like I told my friends ""They came, they eliminated a not so nice situation, gave me a bit of friendly advice (that made sense), and left"" I thought the price was good and the quality great, mainly because, they not only fixed problem, they left my yard better than they found it, nothing like my past nightmares-thanks guys! Oh, another great thing was they didn't say they would be there between 6am and 6pm, they were definitely prompt, very helpful when you are dealing w/our dependency on plumbing!

I contacted Best Price Plumbing to get estimates on having a septic pumped. There were several conversations and the price was $385 to get the septic pumped. Best Price contracts out to Bert's Sewer and Drain! Bert shows up ready to proceed and states there would be an additional charge of $62.50 per hour to dig! There was never any discussion with Best Price Plumbing involving an additional charge to dig the dirt over the septic. I would not recommend either of these companies. You decide!

Best Price Plumbing IS The Best! Gilbert was prompt, professional and very efficient. The day after I called he was able to come all the way out to the other side of town, and beyond, to fix the septic tank issue with speed and ease. The plumbing in my home is now in good working order thanks to Gilbert's expert knowledge and outstanding service. Much appreciation for a job well done! This is the second time working with this company and because of their honesty and customer friendly attitude I will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend Best Price Plumbing!

I had him come out for an water line break. He did not charge me extra for coming out on Sunday.

He used my 10' section of 1-1/4 inch PVC and charged me for it. I was also missing my chain saw case and some chain saw oil when he and his helper left. This was May of 2011, but I am still perturbed about the issue.
