We called Greg and his team about a hot water leak, and they came immediately. Very professional staff, showed us the problem gave us a verbal estimate right on the spot, and completed what was really a big job, and just five days. They kept to our completion date, staying late each day to complete the job. I couldn't be more satisfied or grateful.

Called about a broken garbage disposal and they sent someone out to fix it right away. Note that they charge a 4% fee for credit cards which is kinda annoying...

I live in one of the Indian Canyon HOAs and they use Best Price, so Stephen was called out to see if he could determine the source of a drip I was hearing INSIDE(!!!) the walls of my newly renovated condo. I was imagining all kinds of horrendous problems. Stephen diagnosed the issue as my AC unit (which is on the roof of my condo); it had a condensation line that was just draining condensation water onto the roof and dripping down the drainpipe, splashing against it as it went down. That was the noise. He could have told me that any number of expensive things were wrong and I would have been none the wiser. This is the kind of experience that builds trust in a service provider. And if there is any provider one needs to be able to trust it's a plumber. I wouldn't hesitate to call Best Price for any future plumbing issues.

Wow, thought I might need a new water heater (14yrs old) it is starting to make noise. A great guy called and asked me to send pictures to get a good estimate for replacement. He responded back right away with a call and said the heater looks good, does not look like it needs replacing just possibly a drain/flush! How HONEST IS THAT!!! Wow, I'm going to these guys when I do need it replaced.

I had a slow drip in a bathroom sink faucet. They came in and replaced a cartridge and some other parts. When they left, the faucet was no longer dripping, but I found a new leak under the sink. I called them and when they came in they told me that the new leak had nothing to do with the repair, that this was a new issue. They said the only solution was to completely replace the faucets. They failed to take responsibility for causing the leak below and wanted to sell me on replacing the entire faucet. The $371 that I paid them was a complete waste of money.
I got the runaround, excuses and recommendation for a larger repair/replacement that I did not need.

I decided to call another plumber, who promptly, efficiently, and easily repaired the leak that Best Price Plumbers had caused, and at an entirely reasonable price.
