I feel I was deceived by them. When I called to ask for service I was told it would be $150.00/hour plus $50 for some machine they would bring. The guy came two hours later and did not stay even 10 minutes using the snake to unclog under the sink. That was it.
I get a call today and say it was a total of $280 dollars! because they also
charged me for the travel time.. something they NEVER mentioned. So, basically they charged me like 80 dollars for "travel time".. Where did he come from? Lubbock? Dallas? unbelievable.
I would give them zero stars and will make sure I do not recommend them ever. This is gouging at its worst. Be careful.

Would give them less than 1 star if possible. Plumber himself was nice and finished in less than 1hr, however pricing was discussed prior to his dispatch and what do you know an additional mystery charge was tacked on for $50 that was not previously discussed.

Would not recommend to friends or family. If you are going to discuss pricing prior to scheduling the work PLEASE include the entirety of said pricing so that I am not shocked to learn that I not only have to pay his travel & man hour rate but ALSO have to pay for him to use his own tools as well.

Best Plumbing came out on time on a Saturday in December to give us a quote on our hot water heater. The hot water heater needed to be replaced. We had three other companies to come out but Best Plumbing gave us the best deal. They were friendly and flexible. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a plumber!

We hired Best Plumbing to come and fix a problem that was left by shoddy work by Roto-Rooter (check my review on Roto-Rooter for details). In short, Best Plumbing sent a guy (Jack Martin) who knows his stuff, is experienced, listens, and is willing to also teach while he's working. If we had hired Best in the first place, we would have saved ourselves hundreds of dollars in costs created by Roto-Rooter's shoddy work. As it was, Best's costs were reasonable and they cleaned the place up impeccably when they left.

I wanted to tip Jack and his apprentice for their good work, they wouldn't accept the money ("we get paid just fine, but thanks", they said).

If we have a future plumbing problem, we are for sure going to call Best Plumbing first. It is a commercial plumbing outfit, but they operate in multi-family complexes like ours.

I was skeptical to give them a call based on prior reviews.Called them for a leak in my apartment, answering service was courteous, plumber called before arriving to say that he was running late,arrived at promised time,diagnosed and fixed the leak right away,very nominal fees. Very good experience

They don't even deserve half a star! Seriously people, I know what I'm telling you. I've been forced to use their services by the HOA at my complex time and again. From the woman who answers the phone, to the manager: at "Best Plumbing" they all treat you as if they are doing you a favor... AND they are expensive, the worst costumer service! Worst part was after spending 400 dollars on their services to fix a leaking pipe, they didn't fix it and the pipe kept leaking. Now the wood is rotting and I have to bring another plumbing company and a restoration company. When the restoration company called them to know what they did or how come they couldn't fix it, the manager said they didn't have anything to do with it! OUTRAGEOUS!! I have the invoice from them! Of course they had something to do with it! Besides, if you hire them they'll show up "won't be able to fix it" and then come back three more times to charge you more. Even if it's a clogged toilet, they act as if everything's so complex and they have to come back. Believe me, the do more harm than good.

These guys don't deserve a star. I live in a nice apartment complex. And today the apartment complex sent an email saying that the water was gonna be off from 12 to 3. Here it is 7 pm and still no water. I left my home cause I need to use the bathroom, and also to see what was taking this guys sooo long to get the water back on. And to my dismay they were downstairs drinking beer. Maybe you shouldn't hire alcoholics to fix our water and maybe hire someone that comes in a does the job correctly the first time. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. Especially if they're gonna have lazy people on the job.

They deserve no stars. The management co sent these people out because they thought there was a common unit pipe that broke was in fact my pipe. This dude comes into my unit and struggles to get into the attic where the plumbing was and struggled to find the leak. I went downstairs to knock where it was coming from to help him. He came down turned off the water heater and left. To my surprise I received a bill (because it wasn't common unit plumbing) from this trash company for 1.5 hours. 1.5 hours. The man was in my unit for 20 to 30 mins. Called and talked to this man who was like, we have trackers on our cars...he was there for 1 hour. He called me from the gate at 12:06 AM. He left according to my video cameras at 12:38 PM. Also, the plumber that was here said it was $95 per hour. They billed me for more than 2 hours. I didn't argue with him because I knew that I had the right to complain to the attorney general, BBB and the plumbing board. I will submit video footage and call logs to prove that these people are thieves. This plumber that came out was like, 400 pounds. I was praying that he didn't break a beam or fall through my roof. If you ever have to call a plumber, steer clear of this company. Clear!

A dis-honest company, I would not recommend. They fixed a leak in my apartment and I paid their invoice of $276 for labor and parts after the job was finished. A few weeks later I received another bill they had sent to the association for $135 for the same job. I called and the woman who answered told me that she would look into it and call me back. She never called and when I called back after several weeks she said that she did not have time to look into it and was fairly rude and hung up. I ended up paying that charge.
