Do not work with them. We entered into a work scope with them to fix a sewer line. When there was a further break in the line, they stopped the job, then tried to charge 3X as much as any other contractor for those changes. When we asked them to come into line with the other bids we had, they went silent on us and then threatened to file a lien on our property if we did not pay them in full for the job, even though they did not fix the issue.

They really are the best! Knowledgable and expert, they worked closely with us through a big sewer line repair project. Great communication and quickly worked to get things back up and functioning. Andrew and his teams were really exceptional - easy to work with and very respectful of our garden. The technology was amazing, and they always took time to explain the way they were approaching the problems.

Absolutely freaking awful. The plumber simply never showed up, never called, and lied to dispatch and said he'd been here. Avoid at all costs.

Jimmy from Best plumbing was very helpful when we needed a pipe moved on our job, he came out the next day on a requested day off to move it for us and it was very quick!

Easy enough to schedule the initial estimate via phone and email, but they not only failed to show up during their allotted 3 hr window for service, but also did nothing to contact and inform me that they were behind schedule. I had to call them to find out where they were. When I asked them why they didn't think my time was worth enough to get a phone call, the receptionist replied by saying ""plumbing is an unpredictable business!""

As the technician Colin was very help and explained things well. After spending $400 for trip fee and doing a diagnostic, I was ready to give them the work. Before we agreed to the work, I discovered another problem and emailed them to add it to the work order.
Then I get an email from Steve saying it'll be another $75 trip fee for someone to come out. Why couldn't Colin just add it to the work he'll already be doing? Why would I need to be charged another trip fee?
Because of this I didn't have the work done. They lost probably $2000 worth of work for $75 trip fee. Now I'm out $400, no work done, and it'll cost me more to get another company out here to do the work.
