Disappointed in Best Plumbing today for a ridiculous price gouge. The plumbers were kind and courteous but were at my home for a total of 7 minutes from rolling in the driveway to leaving and charged me $95.00 for unclogging my toilet. Not one part was needed. Never once was I quoted a price and when I called to speak with the manager he stated that was the normal hourly price. Well..... David.... 7 minutes is not an hour. In addition, I had to call twice to get them to come out. I always try to use local businesses but this one will not get my return business. Get a quote prior to the work. Lesson learned.

This would be zero if I could. Called them to replace leaking bathtub fixtures (needed washers and seats) as water was not just dripping, but slow running. I was turning water off outside and back on for a few minutes then off again. Was told it would be the next afternoon at the earliest but possible the following morning. No Show No Call the next afternoon, so I called the following morning and was told it would be just before lunch or just after lunch. No one showed or called. The following morning I waited until close to 11am and called someone else. Problem solved in less than 2 hours. What good is someone that can't be bothered to even show up.
