Please notice they charge you $130 just to show up so beware. They don't mention this on the phone when they call you. Chris, the technician was here all of 10 minutes replacing a fill valve in our toilet. Total bill was $148.95. Shame on us for not knowing the service call ahead of time. This place is quite close to us so I find it rather extravagant.

Evan was absolutely amazing, he came out to a property that I just purchased in the UCF area of Orlando and fixed some challenges that I was having in my primary and guest bathrooms. Remounted faucets and fixed several drains. I was charged an hourly rate but he was quick and efficient. Wasted no time taking care of my problems and was fair with the material pricing. Plenty of plumbers in the area will charge a ridiculous amount for an hourly rate and materials. For my money this was fair and reasonable. I would strongly recommend.

Grossly over charged for a simple drain clearing. $422 for 1.5 hours work clearing a clogged drain line upstairs. We are lifelong residents and business owners in the area. Our community doesn't need this type of business. Clearly took advantage of my wife. Don't use these guys!

The office and owner were very knowledgeable and communicative with us through the whole experience. The working crews were very quick, clean, professional, and respectful to us and our property as we were living through the renovations. We certainly recommend Best Plumbing for renovation projects.

I had a small master bathroom remodeled from floor to ceiling a total gut job, they had to redo shower so it would drain properly, no short cuts taken, these guys were great! On time. Responsive, clean ! I'm hoping to use them again soon for my other bathroom, quality work at a good price. I couldn't be happier

Best plumbing removed an old kitchen faucet and installed a new one. Removing the old one was difficult, but plumber, Brandon, persevered and succeeded. We are very pleased with his competence and friendly demeanor. We would certainly call Best for any future plumbing task.

I hired them to fix a shower issue which they fixed and also looked at my water filter which had a broken top. I was specific about needing to have the top replaced that I would supply -- plus a bypass valve. That should have all been done on the second trip. Instead, the plumber spent the time disassembling the unit and reassembling it. Then he told me he had neither the time or materials to do the job I had requested -- the bypass. He indicated it would take another 3 hours and probably a couple hundred dollars but he would have the company give a quote. If that was the circumstance he should have known that on trip #1 and been prepared to undertake the work on trip #2. The quote ended up being huge -- several hundred dollars and the billing was not fair because I didn't get the work done I requested. After a few weeks the work they did started leaking. I was able to find a company to fix what they messed up and add the bypass I originally wanted and the entire bill was $255. I wish I had used First Quality Plumbing in Orange City at fist and I'd have saved hundreds!

I found a leak under the kitchen sink 2 days before Christmas. Kenny was here at 7 pm that night. He didn't have the part, but stopped the leaking and told me what was needed. I ordered the part and as soon as I called, they immediately scheduled him to replace it. I've always been happy with their service.

We thought they did a great job until we noticed a non-functioning outdoor spigot. I called the plumber who did the repair he said he was sorry and would return to fix it when ever we were ready. Time passed and now after four months of leaving messages for the owner, Rusty is refusing to fix what they damaged because the plumber never notified the office of his mistake and he no longer works there. They want to charge me $263. to fix what they broke. He even accused me of making this up to get out of paying for a repair that was offered to me in the past that I just didn't want to pay for. What an insult to an honest consumer! I would never recommend them.

This company is tops on fast response, service, price and, last but not least, professionalism. They have replaced fixtures, remodeled master bathroom, and most recently fixed a broken pipe on the water meter and in every case did a great job. We won't call anyone else for plumbing in the greater Orlando area!
