Needed to replace my sump pump which was making a lot of noise. I called Best Plumbing on Sunday morning and he was at the house quickly even though it was not a work day. He looked at my sump pump and told me he would be at my residence at 9 a.m. Monday to replace it. Tom was prompt and replaced my sump pump quickly and efficiently. He provided excellent customer service and beat an estimate from a different vendor by over $200. Best Plumping (Tom) was honest and completed the service at a fair and reasonable price. I would never hesitate to use Best Plumbing again and would recommend that they be your first call.

We have used this company in the past for drain cleaning and were satisfied. Two days ago they were to come to install a new faucet in the bathroom after a new vanity top was installed. They did not call, after several calls they finally came yesterday, the plumber and his son. The plumber looked at the job for 2 hours then said the holes were in the wrong place. He was no longer interested. he proceeded to bill $55 for travel,$174 for mechanic,$70 for his kid helper. Although I believed the bill to be unreasonable but even more outrageous after another plumber came installed the same parts in the same holes which were supposedly in the wrong place in less than 30 minutes. Fee $150 . Stay away from this company. James E.

Ugh unfortunately most plumbers are over priced but I don't know how you justify charging $173 to show up for 15 mins and fix nothing

Horrible service. Came to job with a hostile attitude. Not confident the plumber knew what he was doing. Definitely look elsewhere for plumbing service.
