When they were replacing my sewer line, they ran into a unique pipe situation that wasn't what they or the city engineers were expecting. They worked with the city to solve how to fix my sewer line on a historical street and with little delay on the process. While the Best Plumbing team was working on the sewer line, a flash flood had occurred and filled my basement with 4 inches of water and mud. Kelly called cleaning crews to take care of my house, and this was while I was on vacation. Kelly went above and beyond what was necessary to take care of my house during the process.
