I want to say a giant thank you to Joe for fixing my sprinkler system in short and precise fashion!!!! As a small business owner myself I am extremely careful about who I recommend to my customers because it reflects back on me if it goes wrong, so when I say I would highly recommend Best Plumbing to anyone who asks it is deeply serious!! My only regret is that I didn't call sooner! I had a broken, leaky pipe in my sprinkler system. Joe came out and got it fixed quickly, and made sure the system was functional and reset before he left. Best Plumbing & Heating was very transparent about costs, estimate was reasonably accurate - I'm pretty happy to have found a resource for help when I need it.

I had a reverse osmosis installed by this company and they did a professional job. I called several places and by far they offered the best price. Since the minute I called, they seemed honest and helpful. Answer all my questions, I could tell they being truly helpful. I highly recommend using this company.

I was so disappointed with this company.
If you are going to give an estimate, state this is based on hourly.
We hired them to move our plumbing to the side of the house, 7 inches or do they stated $400.
Then we wanted them to move our sprinklers to the grass area because we were getting a pad poured, $100. Nothing stated per hour.
We had decided not to move sprinklers so save on cost.
They showed up today with a bill for over $830 and my husband said we would pay $800.
I sm so pissed. You all were not here for amount of time you stated you were.
Do not use them...I was completed dissatisfied!

Shame on me for not documenting the times they were here!

Their professionalism and expertise is at a very high level-- something that harkens back to the true craftsmen yesteryear. Yet, their knowledge of new systems and trends in their industry are impressive. For example the owner, Joe, was very outspoken at the beginning of the year when the cost of all hot water heaters was about to go up by at least 20% due to new regulation standards. Nice to have a contractor who's on my side to save me money where he can. Very highly recommended!

Called Best at 7:30am on a Tuesday morning to look at a potential leaking irrigation pipe. Someone was at my house by 2pm that day to review my needs (for free) and form a quote. Quote came via email on Wednesday afternoon and my costly leak was being fixed by 7:30am on Thursday. The final bill even came in below the original estimate.

The same guy (Joe) was my point of contact the whole way through, which I liked. I called a couple other firms to get quotes and none of them would come out to the house without a fee. They also seemed annoyed or bothered just to be on the phone with m. Joe was nothing but smiles throughout the whole process and explained everything thoroughly without being pretentious or arrogant about it.

I will definitely call Best again when I need a new water heater and gas line installed later this year.

Called Best at 8:30 am on a Mon desperate for hot water. Joe answered on 3rd ring. Even though he had day scheduled out solid, he fit me in and showed up at 11:00. Problem fixed in 5 mins!!! Many Thx Joe!!! You are MY plumber now. Jeff
