Very disappointed!! Randy Best said he would take on the job of remodeling my elderly, mother's bathroom. He told me to go ahead and buy the vanity, tub, and toilet. He also said to get the tile contractor, which I did, and to order the tile for the walls and floor. He, then, backed out of the whole deal, leaving us in a terrible dilemma. He had also written up an estimate of what he was going to do and the cost, only to decide at the last minute he didn't want to take the job. Very unprofessional! I would think twice before contacting him for any business.

Not the best--the WORST plumber ever. They installed a very expensive (Munchkin) heating system in my girlfriend's house that failed. They have not honored the work, and have not responded to letters or phone calls. Recently, National Grid had to come into the house and shut down the entire system because it was in danger of exploding! These people are total incompetents. Do not use them!
