Best Plumbing - Even though we had a mix up on the date of our appointment, Best Plumbing went out of their way to accommodate us and our schedule. We really appreciate the effort.

We had the yearly maintenance on our furnace. There wasn't any concerns from our end since it seemed our furnace is working great, but Alex Maestas looked at a couple of items that needed cleaning and replacing.

Alex is the best technician. He was engaging, friendly, helpful. Explain everything he was doing so we understood. I highly recommend him as your technician.

Specifically Alex cleaned our flame sensor igniter and cleared a drain block of the condensate drain lines.

Thank you Best Plumbing for accommodating our schedule and thank you for sending us Alex. He is great.

Almost the end of summer and our ac went out! Alex with Best Plumbing and Heating diagnosed the problem, gave us several options, and carried out the repairs we chose. He got the repairs done in a timely manner, and our ac feels great! The work was expensive, but I'm not sure if it would've been cheaper with another company or not. We are satisfied. Be sure to ask for a Veteran's Discount before you agree to a price!

The serviceman was awesome but he had to install a thermostat and I'm pretty sure I could have ordered one off Amazon for about $40. the charge for the installation was $442. That seems ridiculous for no longer than it took. Sorta feel at the mercy cause I can't do it myself. Disappointing.

I wanted to upgrade my kitchen sink, after fining the one I want and top notch faucet, I knew the next step would be call BEST for installation.
With in a day they had a tech to my house, and by the time I got home from work, I have a huge single basin sink with matching faucet. I have the confidence the plumbing is done right
Now I need a bigger stock pot

Not very good at fixing the problem the first time and charges for two visits to get the job done. Still have problems, but would never call on them again.

We had a small leak in an outdoor faucet and it took tightening a nut to repair, no more than a 5 minute job. For this service, we were charged $86.25. We are shocked by the charge when the repairman told us there would be no charge since he didn't do much. I wouldn't recommend this business based on this charge. I'll pay it, but I'm not happy and will never call the, again.
