We were frustrated with rising electric bills. Best Plumbing Heating and Air installed two ductless heating and cooling units. The work and parts are guarenteed, our bills were in cut less than 1/2 and we love the quality air in our home!
Best also cleared a main line stoppage and power jetted the main line out to septic tank. Mr. Spadaro has been doing plumbing work for us for over 10 years. The price, timeliness and quality of work is always excellent and professional!

Our bathroom/shower/pipes behind the shower were leaking. Causing damage to not only our apartment but to the 2 apartments below us. They would say someone is coming, they would either cancel at the last minute or not even show up at all. After a week we told them we're going with another business, and now they want hundreds of dollars for showing up once and spending 3 minutes just looking at our bathroom. Their office assistant is really rude as well. Leaving nasty voicemails because we chose to hire a company that fixed the problem the SAME DAY we called them. Homeowners and landlords like myself, beware!

I have been making appointments for estimates for other plumbers, as we have an old house that needs a meter and some plumbing work done. This is the only one that charges (or wanted to charge) $125 to come out to look at the property.
Of course I said no, as there are other plumbers that do not charge just to give an estimate.

Peter Spadaro, the owner has come by my home twice. 1 for a repair of the outside water spigot which he replaced and did a better job than the actual builder. The other time he provided maintenance on my boiler system. Guy takes his time and thoroughly explains what he is doing. If he can save you money doing repairs, he is the guy for the job
