I tried to do some independent plumbing fixes and ended up needing professional help. I called Roger and he was able to be here within 2 hours. Very professional and quick. Have had him come out a few times to assist with the plumbing here - always gives me advice to keep things going smoothly. HIGHLY recommend! I wouldn't dream of calling any other plumber.

I called Roger a couple months ago, with an issue with our sewer. Explained the problem.....and the feedback was expected ...up with the concrete! But , wait before I come out try this...."" Yes "" it worked ! I had forgotten to call him back and thank him for saving me a service call! Fast Forward to Last Monday., called again with same problem. Roger came out before noon to examine the situation, suggested Jordon company to do what might need to be done. He told us the needed equipment list to inform them to bring for the worst case scenarios, thanked us for calling him and apologized that he could not do it. The Best Part, We were not charged for a service call,or travel time , that is very rare! Thank You Roger for your awesome integrity and honesty!

Well, apparently, things have changed in a couple of years. When I tried both numbers on the BP business card, both phones rang off the wall, unanswered. I finally had to contact a competitor.....What is going on ???

I have used Roger at least 3 or 4 times already and he has done an excellent job. I purchased and older fixer upper home and with that have come some plumbing issues. My worst was an odor from a broken pipe under my house that leads to the sewer oh that was awful.......... THANK GOD FOR ROGER!! he replaced that piping with new piping and we are once again happy campers :) He is very professional, pleasant and gets right to work. His pricing is very reasonable. Believe me I shopped around and basically everyone else wanted to rip me off. I will continue to use Best Plumbing for any issues that may occur.

After Best Plumbing agreed to come to my house and clean my drains, they called me back and refused to come ""all the way"" to my house, which is 14 miles from their company address. I explained that my house is no further away from them than Stockton, they agreed to come, and within just a few minutes called back and stated once again that they would not come.

I'm in a rural area (Clements), which is no further than going to Lincoln Village or Quail Lakes in Stockton, but I guess the presence of cows and horses makes all the difference.

Bottom line: These people apparently do not feel any compulsion to keep their word. Draw your own conclusions.
